1. Provide various times where students felt motivated and


determine whether or not that was intrinsic motivation or
extrinsic motivation.
2. Reflect on their time at University thus far, and determine
what motivates them to stay in school.
Participatory Activity:

Everyone is going to be given three sticky notes. On those


notes, write down a way you have been motivated in the
past
After this, please stick it on my board underneath either the
intrinsic column or the extrinsic column
Then, we will discuss why we placed them there.
After this, I have a small worksheet to give to you that asks
you to reflect upon your time at university. Im not going to
collect them, so please be honest with what you write down.
