INTRODUCTION

Organizational Behavior learn about that investigates the impact that individuals, groups and
structure have on behavior within organizations for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward
improving an organizations effectiveness because of that organization behavior have gone through
related to the companies. I will focus on topics of motivating for performance, group and team in
organization, communication and conflicts, power and politics, leadership and work related stress
management.
The first topic about Motivating for performance is important topic in the workplace, motivation is
the process that account for individual intensity, direction and persistence of effort toward attaining goal.
The motivation will make the performance of employee will increase. Theres some way to make the
performance will increase with the motivation and what is the manager will challenge in motivating the
employee.
The second topic about Group and team. Group is when two or more individual come together to
achieve specific goal. In this topic I will explain how to managing group, make the group and teams more
good in the workplace and what is the manager will challenge in managing group and teams.
The third topic about Communication and conflict. Communication is transference and the
understanding of meaning. In this project I will provide explain of the communication in the workplace
and the conflict, the conflict management conflict, what is the challenge for manager in the
communication and conflict and why the management conflict can increase the performance.
The fourth topic about Powers and politic. Is The power and politic is related between and another
if we have strong power in the politic it will make we good in the politic in this topic I will provided.
The sixth topic about work related stress management. The stress that will be out when the
individual work hard. In this topic I will explain how to decrease the stress for the employee worked
enjoy and I will explain what the challenge that manager will face in the work related stress management.

The last about recommendation, in this step I will give recommendation and ideas for the future
Organizational Development in the business field and face the global challenge in HRM (Human
Resources Mangemenet) and it will be very important for your knowledge in the future.

1. Motivating for Performance


In term of motivation, it is actually concerned of how the managers look for some good ways to
motivate their employees effort to be better in working within the organization in order to work
effectively and achieve the organizational goals well. Also, the performance of the organization or
company itself is mostly decided by how good and reliable the employees work in which it is backed or
supported by how well and exemplary the managers motivate or encourage their employees. That is why
motivation is involved to be one of the most important things that should be considered well within an
organization or company in order to improve the organizational performance.
The managers of the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company, they should try to think creatively
to make the employees in the company feel comfortable in doing their jobs. The managers actually can do
some ways to motivate the employees so they can work well in the company. Firstly, the managers totally
should encourage the employees to always achieve their target or objective on time and give them praises
if they succeed doing and finishing their jobs on time. By doing that thing, it is hoped that the employees
will feel honored or appreciated and be more spirit in doing their jobs in the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia
Company.
And then the managers should try to make sure that the employees have enough time to rest. As
the managers of the company, they absolutely should have known that lots of work have to be done will
make the employees feel so tired in which it will have a possibility in affecting to the decrease of their
productivity and performance in working and contributing for the company. However, the managers
should always make sure that they are giving their employees such an additional time to rest or refresh
themselves so it will make the employees condition become fit and better to do their jobs again.

Additionally, the managers should also try to invite the employees to discuss or even give
feedback for their achievement. The managers should always try to ask the employees about the way they
think to do their jobs and increase the organizational performance in which the managers of the CocaCola Bottling Indonesia Company will be sure and believe that it will make the employees feel as if that
they are also the important part in the company where they are working. Then, in the Coca-Cola Bottling
Indonesia Company, the managers should also plan to give a better and comfortable work environment,
such as by managing and structuring the rooms they are working in the company in which it will make the
employees feel good and comfortable, and not boring so easily in doing their jobs. The managers should
be really sure and believe that those things will absolutely increase their productivity and performance in
working and contributing for the company.
After that, in order to make it better, the managers should try to conduct some interesting and
attractive activities in order to build strong connection and relationship between managers and employees
in the company, such as by doing recreation or travelling to somewhere interesting in which those things
will make both managers and employees have such a trustworthiness for one to another, so both managers
and employees will be able to perform for the company well and better. The last is that the managers
should do some effort to try to manage the employees and give bonus to them, especially for those who
have a very good performance and achieve the target or objective on time. It is obviously intended to
make the employees to be motivated to always work well and perform better for the company. As the
managers in the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company, they should always try to trust and believe to the
employees performance and achievement they give to company, because the managers should really
know that without an employee in the company, so there is a very big possibility that the company will
never succeed in achieving its target or objective.
Challenge
In motivating the employees for their performance, the managers need to understand how to
motivate them by using some certain ways. It has been known that every person has their own way to be
motivated. Also, the managers have to remind the employees of how important it is to finish the project

well. It is how the managers are able to motivate the employees so they can perform well doing their own
job in the workplace. Giving incentives appropriately also becomes one of many challenges that are being
faced by the managers. So, here, the managers need to know whether their emplyees are performing well
or not.

2. Group and Team


Both group and team are really required and necessary to be managed within the organization or
company because they have quite big influence concerned with the organizational performance and
achievement. That is why a good management skill is needed inside the organization in managing the
group and team itself. Currently, the managers should also believe that the satisfaction of work in group
and team is a feeling that supports or encourages employees to do their job in any condition in the
company. By having a satisfaction of work, the employees in group and team will work better and
contribute more for the company. That is why, as the managers of the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia
Company, they will always try to satisfy their employees by using any kind of way and for the example is
compensation. By using that way, the managers are sure that the satisfaction of their employees will be
fulfilled just by giving compensation for every achievement and contribution that they give to the
company.
It is really necessary to have positive attitude in the organization. The existence of positive
attitude from employees will be able to make the job easier and faster to be solved. According to this
thing, the managers will make the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company always try to be able to satisfy
its employees so they keep working well for the progress and profit of the company itself. So, one of the
ways of course by giving appropriate compensation so the employees will always be happy and satisfy in
doing their job in group and team in the company.
One of the important things is also including the compensation. The policy of compensation
besides giving rewards to employees for the job that has been done, the managers should also realize that
it is one of effective ways to maintain the potential employees. So, giving compensation needs to get such
a special attention and should be implemented based on the companys interest or the needs of the

employees, so it can result the maximal benefit for the company. It has been considered that
compensation is the important thing for employees, because by the existence of compensation itself, the
managers believe it will make the employees feel good or satisfy to the company. Besides compensation,
the managers are also trying to make the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company is able to give more
safety and security, and any useful facilities to its employees. But still, by giving compensation to the
employees, the managers are really sure that it will be able to give such a satisfaction feeling to all
employees in the company.
Challenge
In term of running the system inside the organization, the managers are challenged to make the
system that was running manually becomes an integrated system, easy to be accessed, and makes
management easier to analyze the companys strategy. The managers also will need to create an
innovation in technology in order to create the companys performance become more efficient and
effective. The main idea is to provide the best class system by conducting a good cooperation with
interrelated business functions, increasing the quality of human resource, and implementing the
appropriate technology that will help in accelerating to achieve the organizational purpose.

3. Communication and Conflict


In term of communication, it is actually concerned of how good the managers communicate and
transfer some necessary information, especially to their employees, will decide how well the employees
have a clear understanding about the information itself so they are able to do their work appropriately and
properly according to the managers instruction in order to achieve the organizational goals well. But on
the other hand, conflict is something that appears because of the difference of ideas, intention, view/
thought, and interest of people in the organization or company. If the manager can handle the conflict well
and appropriately, so it will also result the positive side of the existence of conflict in the organization or
company in which it will help supporting and improving the organizational performance. That is why
communication and conflict also become the two important aspects that should be considered well within
an organization or company in order to improve the organizational performance.

The managers of Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company consider that it is the best
organizational structure implemented for this company, because the employees will be responsible and
interact and communicate for more than one manager and the manager will have an authority to rule and
give direction to all employees as long as their works are interrelated. This kind of organizational
structure will give more benefit, especially for communication process, because the employees will be
able to do more than one work or activity and pay attention to any information that has been being
communicated or delivered, so they will not be boring so easily in working, while the manager will have
more challenges in supervising the work of employees in order to increase the organizational performance
and achieve the organizational goals.
Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company indeed should or will be better to implement a very well
organizational structure in which both managers and employees will have already known their own duty,
authority, and responsibility in their own departments or divisions, so all communication needed will
always be distributed or delivered well. A good distribution of duty, authority, and responsibility will
create the need of coordination in order to achieve the organizational purpose and direct all activities from
every unit of work to one objective to maximize the organizational performance and its result.
By implementing this kind of organizational structure, so the managers hope that the employees
will work well and contribute more for the company due to the distribution of their work in which has a
clear task and activity in the company. Also, it has to be known that the importance of structural design in
increasing the employees performance is influenced by several factors, such as the arrangement of
structural design, the appropriate position for both managers and employees, the interrelated activity
between managers and employees, and among the managers or employees itself, and the appropriate
status along with its functions in the organization. In the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company, the
existence of conflict is not a really new and surprising thing, because both managers and the employees
often face it every time, from conflict among managers, between managers and the employees, until
among employees.

The causes of conflict are absolutely from different idea or interest among people within the
organization or company itself. For instance, in planning process, once there are two or more managers
that dont agree with other managers for the next plans have to be implemented in the Coca-Cola Bottling
Indonesia Company, so there will be and must be a conflict there. Also, when some employees are not
doing their job well according to what the managers have ordered, or when employees in group and team
have different opinion with others, so those things also possibly result conflict at the beginning.
The managers are sure and believe that the existence of conflict in the company is one of ways to
get other ideas and perspective in order to have a better solution and it can make the relationships among
managers, between managers and the employees, and among employees become stronger in which each
of them will have a better understanding for others intention and also have a better decision-making in
the company itself. In conflict management technique, the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company would
be better by implementing the collaborating technique. The managers should have considered and decided
that it is the best way to solve conflict in the company.
Challenge
In this section, the managers will be challenged to have a good cooperation with their employees
and conversely to find and get the best solution for handling any conflicts happening in the company in
which both of them will have and get mutual benefit, share their ideas or opinion to have more
consideration in making decision, and improve the strong relationships among them in order to solve the
conflict itself. The managers should know very well that a good interaction between managers and the
employees is really necessary to be maintained and improved in which it will be concerned with the job
satisfaction and the better employees performance for the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company in
achieving the goals well.

4. Power and Politics


The power or competence that is had by an organization will influence, measure, and decide how
good and convenient the performance of the organization itself, because the organizational profit or

benefit or advantage is mostly resulted from how strong and firm the organization or company runs and
maintains its businesses. Meanwhile, politics is kind of activity or job of holding a position of power or in
other words, usually power is backed up by politics in order to have a big influence to others and keep or
maintain the good recent position. That is why power and politics also become the important things
within an organization or company in affecting the organizational performance.
The guarantee of quality of the products for the consumer loyalty and allegiance becomes a good
standard and makes Coca-Cola has a convenient status as the big beverage producer in Indonesia. And
then, the intensive and innovative research and development is also one of the successful keys that make
the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company become bigger, known and recognized widely and globally,
and give such a contribution to Indonesia citizenship. By doing research and development, the Coca-Cola
Bottling Indonesia Company keeps innovating to create products, packs, marketing strategy, and new sale
equipment that have more quality, creativity, and also have its own characteristics in which it is better to
improve the organizational performance.
By understanding the consumer needs and behavior and the potential of Indonesia natural
resources, the managers of the Coca-Cola Bottling Company always innovate by creating new products in
which it will make the Coca-Cola products have more variation in taste and choice. In order to fulfill the
consumer needs specifically, so that is why they make new specific product, such as Aquarius in which it
is intended for those who are active and like doing sports. By innovating, the company is sure and
believes that the products they are offering will be able to compete with the competitors products and
fulfill the needs of Indonesia markets.
And absolutely the huge and qualified human resources and also the human resource
development are actually the main focus for management in the company in preparing the good, dynamic,
and full of dedication labors or employees. The target or objective of the company is to give prime and
satisfied services to all customers or consumers. The managers know and realize that in order to get and
catch up all the opportunities available, to give the best service to all customers, and are able to face and

handle all barriers in competitive business, so then the groups and teams within the company need to be
backed up or supported by a well knowledge and skills and an appropriate attitude.
And then the team is backed up or supported and certified by some training department and
international human resources development. The company brings some qualified group of facilitator from
inside or outside the organization itself that has a very good ability in business, experience intensively and
directly into the certain and related fields, and furthermore they have the soul in what they are doing. That
is why the company can develop and run its business better and faster.
In addition, in order to have a good service to all customers and consumers, the Coca-Cola
Bottling Company gives and provides a National Contact Centre service in which it is a service center for
all customers and consumers in anywhere in Indonesia. National Contact Centre is functioned as a
medium for customers or consumers in order to get service and information related with the company and
the Coca-Cola products.
In the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company, the managers are really excited to release a big
spirit in order to support their efforts related with environment preservation and conservation, and work
safety and health. It means that their efforts to dig and find new, better, and innovative ways in order to
increase and improve their performance in the field of environment preservation and conservation, and
work safety and health. Before throwing away the waste water into the river, firstly they process the waste
water well, so it will not damage the life inside the river itself. The managers of the Coca-Cola Bottling
Indonesia Company know and realize that the problem related with the environment, health, and safety in

things, the managers are also responsible to the condition of Indonesia citizenship (consumers) that are
consuming their products daily. This responsibility also encompasses of commitment in doing efforts by
using appropriate ways in order to maintain the environment and support the health and safety of their
employees in the workplace.
In the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company, the authority or power is usually chased to get a
good and convenient leadership position and others are conditioned and ordered to respect that person
very well. Here, it is how the managers are able to handle this kind of event and fix the way to do and
achieve it appropriately.

The direction and stability of politics factors in the company are the

important consideration for the managers in planning and implementing the organizational strategy.
Politics factors are legal parameter and regulation that limit the organizational operation. The barriers in
the company caused by passing through decisions about the fair trade, tax program, pollution, price
decision, administrative limitation, and other related policies that really influence the organizational
performance in running the business.
It has been known generally that politics in an organization or company, especially in the CocaCola Bottling Indonesia Company, is kind of impossible to be disappeared, but it actually can be
increased or decreased. As long as there is still ambition from individuals within the organization to have
and get more power and better position in the workplace, so politics will always be alive anytime and
anywhere. So, all that the managers can do is how to reduce or minimize the influence of politics in the

be able to keep doing socialization and internalization about the organizational culture and good deed or
behavior with convenient intention in which it consists of value system of cooperation, personal integrity,
efficiency, accountability, and openness. So here, in this case, the challenge is how the managers are able
to have a really good and reliable leadership skills, worthy and convenient cooperation with others, and
well and appropriate ways to have and do those things in order to handle and control the influence of
politics in the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company.

Challenge
In term of power and politics, the managers are challenge to use both of them wisely in the
organization. It is how the managers in the company are be able to use and utilize the power as well as it
is, in which it is based on their duties and responsibilities that they have and are working on. The
managers should also manage any political activity that is happening in the organization, so everyone will
feel good and comfortable in working and performing for the organization itself. It has been known that
power and politics are two important things that will possibly and strongly affect the organization
especially for the organizational performance. So, it is all about how the managers can manage and
control it well inside the organization.

5. Leadership
Leadership is the ability to influence people in group and team within the company in order to
achieve the organizational goals. Without the existence of good leadership in an organization or company,
so it will make and result such an uncertain and chaotic situation and condition in the organization or
company, because there is no good and strong direction and convenient control in the organization or
company itself in which it will prevent to achieve the organizational goals well. That is why leadership
becomes the major aspect that should be really considered well, because it will and is able to influence for
the entire organizational performance.
There are lots of meanings of leadership, but here, it has been summarized and concluded that
leadership is the ability to influence other people or employees and direct the employees behavior and
attitude to the appropriate way. It also has an ability to know and understand what the employees needs
and wants are in order to achieve the organizational purpose. As the managers in the Coca-Cola Bottling
Indonesia Company, it is suggested that they should choose and implement the best and appropriate style
of leadership for the company and it is Democratic Style of Leadership. Because by using and through
this kind of style, the managers will believe that all problems are able to be solved by doing cooperation
between leaders or managers and the employees, so the connection and relationship between managers
and the employees can be created very well.

In the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company, the managers are sure that the employees will
always find some problem whether it is in producing the product or marketing the product, so as the
managers, they will also ask for the employees to give and share their opinions and ideas in order to help
in solving the problem. The managers believe that this kind of style of leadership will make both
managers and employees in the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company have their own benefit in
working in the company, and for the example is when the managers want to increase the amount of
product that is being produced or the managers want to expand the region or zone in which the product is
being marketed, so of course they will discuss first about this plan with the employees.
The managers are sure that both of them will interact one to another in discussing the plan. The
employees will tell the managers whether or not they are able to do the plan well and effectively, and
discuss about the strategy to make the plan run well, while the managers will consider the time and the
employees condition and situation in order to implement the plan well. By using the Democratic Style of
Leadership, the managers will believe that the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company will always be
able to produce and market its product well and better, because the managers who plan the goals and the
employees who will do and implement the way to achieve the goals, both of them will always work and
perform well and better, because they will feel good or interested and comfortable in doing their own
work in the company.
Challenge
So, in summary, it is obviously that the only challenge for the managers of Coca-Cola Bottling
Indonesia Company is how they are able to keep maintaining the good condition, direction, and
achievement that they have already achieved for the next long-term period (in the future). Also, by having
a good cooperation between managers and employees in the company, they believe that everything can be
done very well.

6. Work related Stress Management


It is noticed that actually there are many ways to manage stress. Some examples of how to
manage or reduce stress are by doing any kind of hobby, listening to music, chatting with friends, taking a
walk to some interesting places or walking around some beautiful place with great scenery, and etc. Stress
is not always considered as a negative thing, but sometimes it can be useful to increase our performance
in working in the workplace.
From the explanation above, it can be concluded that stress management is important to do in
order to improve our own performance in working. In order to improve the employees performance in
working in the company, the managers can obviously conduct a control periodically in order to evaluate
whether the employees are working under pressure or not. The employees can have a bad stress if they are
working under pressure, cant achieve the target or objective, and are having too many works to do and
less time to finish it. So here, controlling is one of good management function in an organization and it is
intended to control and evaluate the activities of the employees. It has been known that controlling in a
company is very important because without a control, it will probably result a bad goal achievement for
the organization itself and also increase the degree of stress of the employees.
Managing stress has also become quite interesting issue, especially in the workplace in which it
will result an impact or influence to the performance. As the managers in the Coca-Cola Bottling
Indonesia Company, they should realize that the control system is important to be done. There are lots of
reason, but the main point is that it is intended to help the managers in monitoring and evaluating the
work of all employees so the company will know if there is such a problem or deviation in the process of
working or operating the business in which it can support for the stress management in the workplace
more or less. There are some reasons why the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company should have the
control system.
The managers believe that there are lots of changes in work environment that will happen
continuously, affect the employees mentality and condition, and also it cant be avoided, such as the

existence of innovative products and new competitor. By using and through control system, so then the
managers will be able to find and detect the changes that will have effect to the companys employees and
goods and services in which the company will be able to face that challenges and utilize the opportunity
that is created by the changes that is happening.
And then the managers know and realize that the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company has a
big and large organization in which it requires more formal and effective control system. All of the
companys products have to be watched and monitored in order to guarantee the profitability and quality
of the products. The managers also think that all activities in the company need a control system that is
more efficient and effective to increase the employees performance. As the managers in the Coca-Cola
Bottling Indonesia Company, they should be able to minimize the degree of errors in which it is possibly
caused by the decrease of employees performance because of the increase of the degree of stress in the
workplace. The managers realize that they only can do a simple control system if the employees never
have an error in doing their work, but it is kind of impossible and of course most of them often make a
mistake or an error. So, the control system in the company here has a possibility to make the managers
will be able to find and know those errors before they are getting worse.
Then, the managers also believe that the control system in the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia
Company is really needed in order to delegate the authority to the employees, while the responsibility of
the manager is still the same. The managers think that the only way for the companys managers to decide
whether or not the employees have done their work or duty is by implementing the control system and
stress management well. As the managers, they know that the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company
must have and need the control system to communicate with the employees and value the important
information, and take such a correctional action at the end of its operation.
Furthermore, as the managers in the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company, they should have
decided to use the Concurrent Control as the type of the companys control system. By using this type of
control, the managers are sure that the company will be able to monitor and evaluate all activities and the
work of its employees while they are doing their work. So, everything happens or all problems or errors

that occur while the employees are working, it will be able to be known and detected immediately and
solved as soon as possible. The managers know and realize that this type of control is more effective in
minimizing the error or deviation in the company while it is running the business.
The managers will use the Feedback Control in order to adjust the companys performance and
financial report at the end of period. Because sometimes the managers know and realize that the previous
result that has been recorded by the company is not the same with the actual result that the company has.
To solve this kind of problem, the managers are implementing the control system in the Coca-Cola
Bottling Indonesia Company in which it is just focused to adjust the previous result with the actual result,
so the company will keep having the correct and appropriate data and information for the importance of
the compasny itself. The main purpose the managers implement the Concurrent Control in the Coca-Cola
Bottling Indonesia Company is to monitor and evaluate the employees works and activities directly in
order to support the stress management and improve the employees performance in the workplace.
Challenge
And then, the only challenge here is how the managers are able to utilize and maintain the
control chosen to back up the stress management and make the employees performance become better.
But then, the Managers believe this control system also can minimize the employee theft (fraud), because
every single activity will always be controlled and monitored by the managers, so every bad action will
be known by the managers directly and they are sure that the workplace violence can absolutely be
vanished, because everything here has been controlled and monitored well, so there is nothing to do with
that unworthy action. The managers already know that this control system will indirectly increase the
workplace safety and security so all the companys employees will feel good and comfortable in working
in the company.
Recommendation
I think the managers of the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company should always try to adjust
their production and productivity, and integrate the current technology and science in the process of

arranging their own business strategy. Acceleration of change will always exist in which the company
also should have to renew its sources, for the example is human resource (HRM) in implementing science
and technology. I dont think that the renewal of human resource (HRM) is only done by changing or
recruiting new employees, but it also should be able to be done by conducting some training adjusted with
the need of company.
Lots of companies have conducted some specific training for their employees in order to increase
the employees skills, so they are able to have a better performance and contribute more for the success of
company. As the managers in the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company, I think they should do some
training conducted due to its own purposes and benefit to give more skills to the employees in working
and intended to achieve the organizational purpose. I know that Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company
has changed some of its beverages production, starts from bottled beverages until canned beverages that
are easier to be brought and recycled, and I think it is a very good innovation to be done and should keep
continuing to be developed.
The company also has produced more kind of its beverages, such as Sprite, Fanta, Frestea, and
etc. in which its customers will have more choices in consuming their products according to the
customers needs and wants.To create better competent employees, the managers should implement
several concepts taken from the Emotional Quotient (EQ) in which I think that it is one of many factors
that influences the employees performance. Besides, I also suggest the managers that they also should
implement concepts taken from the Intelligence Quotient (IQ) in which I also think that it is also become
as a measurement of employees perspicacity in handling and doing all of their works.
I think that the managers of Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company should not only develop the
hard skill of the employees, but also the soft skill, such as how to market the products that have been
produced, communication skills, and socialization skills in which the employees will have a better
relationship both inside and outside the organization. This soft skill is one of application form from
Emotional Quotient (EQ) and I think someone who has lower skill of emotional quotient will find and
meet some difficulties in working in any company, especially in Marketing Department in which he or

effort to create the competent employee, of course the managers should be able to conduct and have to
plan some specific training. I think that the relationship between training and performance has important
role in the company. Through structured and planned well training, I believe the employees will be able to
adapt for placing the appropriate position that is influenced by the development of science and
technology. Furthermore, I think innovation is one of successful key that should be used by Coca-Cola
Bottling Indonesia Company. Through creating or making more innovation, Im sure that the company
will always give positive contribution and benefit to society.
Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company should keep innovating to create product, marketing
strategy, and the current sale equipment in order to have higher quality, creativity, and its own
characteristics. By understanding the need and behavior of customers, the managers should be able to
make the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company have an ability to create new products that make fast
drink or beverages from Coca Cola have various taste and choices. In order to fulfill the needs of
customers specifically, the managers should create an innovation to produce more variety of Coca Cola
with more variety of its benefit so the customers are able to adjust their needs to the products.
Through this innovation, I believe that the products that have been offered will be able to fulfill
and satisfy the needs of market and society. Along with innovating, as the managers of the Coca-Cola
Bottling Indonesia Company, I think they should also have to try to develop attractive design of its drink
or beverages pack and increase the quality. The managers should make new design of Coca Colas pack
that is more compact, but keep strong, and easier to be brought and kept.
The managers should keep developing the innovation of the products packs adjusted with the
newest development of technology. In addition, I also suggest the managers that they should make the

marketing strategy of Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company have its own characteristics that are unique
and more creative. The managers should make many of promotion programs that can be conducted
through any kind of activities, such as surprising gifts, opened exhibition or expo, music concert, or even
advertisement on television. Through working in this company, the managers should utilize some events
that have global scale to advertise the products in which it will result higher profit and benefit for both
company and society. The managers should make the company always think of how to market the
products and attract society to like the products. Besides innovating in the products, packs, and marketing
strategy, I think that the managers should also have to plan to develop the sale equipment to be better in
order to support the company in marketing its products.
According to this innovation, the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company will be able to create
new product that is lighter and made from friendly materials. I believe that the key of success of these
innovations is a very good collaboration between managers inside the company and competent employees
in each department and division in the company itself. The development of various fast drink or beverage
with new taste and its own benefit will make the Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Company keep innovating
and contributing the products in order to fulfill and satisfy the customers needs.
Conclusion
In summary, in term of all related topics above, its all about how the managers have to be able to
understand the groups and teams in the company about what they really want and what the manager
should do to make them work well and better. And then, the managers also have to know the convenient
and appropriate way to distribute or deliver important information to their employees, so the employees
will have a clear understanding of the managers direction or in other words, the employees will really
know and understand clearly what the managers want them to do. Besides, the way to manage and handle
conflict is also part of the organizational activities in which the managers should be able to utilize the
benefit of the existence of conflict in the company itself.
Then, in term of power and politics, they are two important things in the company that have quite
big influence for the organizational performance in which the managers have to be able to handle and

control them, then use both of it wisely and appropriately in running the business. After that is how the
managers can know and understand the right and appropriate style of leadership that will be implemented
in the company so the employees can feel comfortable in working in the company. The last is how the
managers can handle and manage the stress management that is concerned with the employees
performance in the company that should be improved in order to keep achieving the organizational goals
well and also the managers have to know what control system will be implemented in the company so
both the companys performance and security can be created and kept very well.
