PUMPERS
Spartan Emergency Response builds a full line of custom pumpers that give you the power to perform. Our
pumpers are built to work harder and longer at the scene, with industry-first and best features that will stand
the test of time. Like all the apparatus we build, each pumper is tested internally by our trained technicians,
then again by a third party (Underwriters Laboratories) to ensure all components are built to endure the most
rigorous parts of your calls.
Pumpers from Spartan Emergency Response are designed and engineered to meet your every need, whether
your department requires a purpose built pumper uniquely engineered to your fleet specifications, or a
pre-configured and pre-engineered pumper to enable quick delivery.

BODY
The Spartan Advanced Protection System (APS) is the #1 safety system in the fire
industry, today.
Spartan offers industry-leading ergonomics and the most room available in the
places that count. This additional space enables improved visibility, better in-cab
communications, improved storage and comfort.
Through the application of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), we maximize
body options and minimize build hours. Pre-engineered pumpers from Spartan
Emergency Response provide you with a low cost and quick delivery solution.

Quality Standards
It all begins at the plant. Spartan manufacturing plants stand apart from our
competition. With higher standards and repeatable processes, the resulting
quality speaks for itself. Combine this commitment to a better product with new
quality assurance, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement systems,
alongside foundational engineering, and you have the best quality fire truck
available on the market today.
Maximized Space
All Spartan pumpers can be custom engineered to meet the needs of your
department. Smart storage configurations maximize the space and help your
department better organize your truck, so everything is easily accessible and in its
place.

INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS
Spartan Emergency Response engineers have developed proprietary solutions for those departments demanding multi-functional
pumpers. Through a combination of unequaled industry knowledge of packaging, pump design, power take-off, and water flow we
have developed a pumper lineup that meets or surpasses anything available today.
The Transformer and IPS (Intelligent Pump Solution) reset the standard in: (i) equipment carrying capacity, (ii) pump operation safety,
(iii) maneuverability in tight spaces, and (iii) apparatus versatility.
CUSTOM PUMPERS
Each custom pumper is constructed with Spartans exclusive Tor-Max and Tri-Max body structure, and then set on the
industrys first Vibra-Torq mounting system. Combine this incredibly durable framework with our engineers drive to design each
truck with more usable compartment space, a custom designed tank, a lower center of gravity, an ergonomically correct control
panel, and increased serviceability; You know what we mean when we say that Spartan is committed to building the best-in-class
pumpers.

ENGINE TUNNEL
The optimized engine tunnel* increases the hip room for the
driver and officer seating location, while simultaneously increasing
the rear crew floor space behind the engine tunnel. All of this is
accomplished without increasing the width of the 99 cab. The
rear of the tunnel was pushed forward to give an additional 2 of
leg room for the two center forward facing crew, increasing leg
room by 3.8%.
