instrumento mecnico que dentro lleva
un aparato de relojera que puesto en
funcionamiento mueve un pndulo,
dicho pndulo tiene un contrapeso
movible que permite acelerar o diminuir
su velocidad, detrs del pndulo hay
una tabla numerada del 40 al 208 que es
el nmero de golpes del pndulo por
minuto. Fue inventado por el francs
Sauver, pero fue perfeccionado por
Malzel
quien
consigui
su
perfeccionamiento
