EXPERIENCE
As a Parenting Specialist I schedule appointments by coordinating with the office
schedule, transporters and caregivers, visiting parents and case managers daily.
Responsible for canceling appointments for clients who do not call to confirm, show
up late, or for any other reason violated rules for visitation. Scan and name all
documents to go into paperless files. Answer phone calls and confirmations for
visitation. Locate all orders and forms to insure proper visitation. Coordinate with
Executive director for other duties as assigned.

Collecting insurance information and payments, compiling appropriate chart information
for appointments, updating medication lists, printing super bill encounter forms
Responsible for accurate and timely collection of insurance information, payment and
appropriate chart information. I was consistently praised for attention to detail and
positive patient interactions.

Making appointments, taking medication refill requests, calling and faxing refills to
pharmacies, taking physician messages, and triaging patients.

set but isnt a strong bullet. I would consider removing or rewording to something like:
Conducted inspections, unit surveys, and service member interviews on behalf of the
Unit Commander to support good unit conduct and morale.)
Scheduled special appointments, events, and mobilization. Followed appropriate
protocol for Wing Command Operations.
Responsible for all communication entering and exiting the Wing level from creation,
delivery, maintenance to destruction.

Processed payroll for over 250 Instructors and Staff weekly.
Provided in-processing briefings and orientation for incoming students. Input all
documentation for all flight crew students, scanned tests, and maintained personnel
