If I may guess wildly as to why Anoop chose IPS as 1st Preference, my
answer would be this
Sir, as civlian stability (Law & order, peace) is must for any development
whether it be social, economic, healthwise etc to engender well. No society
which does have a peaceful society in which all citizens feel a sense of
safety can exercise their choices (no matter how strong a welfare state it is)
to the fullest extent and hence the overall objective of real human
development remains incomplete.
Hence, I chose IPS to strengthen law and order in civilian life and ensure
fulllment of basic need of peace in a society.

From my personal experience, the more one prepares objectively for an
interview, the more he is likely to f**k it up! In that gap after mains and
interview, its better to work for an organization or interact with people
where your views on general things are put to discussion. Mocks are one
waste of time and money, and adds much frustration to ones personality.

Hello Mrunal, How to prepare for such a questions? It is linked to history?
Please answer
Member 2:
(He read some statistics from a survey made by India Today regarding
corruption in India) So, how to control corruption? Tell me in points.
Tell me what is the basic thing in controlling corruption?
In 1960s Secretary for John F. Kennedy has told China is the biggest threat
to the World? Though Russia was the biggest threat to USA at that time,
what may be the reason that made him to say that?
Tell me why many are against Israel? Tell me in historical perspective?
Why China is ahead of India in grabbing opportunities around the world?
E.g. In Srilanka, Maldives, Africa. Why are we lagging behind?
