Experiential learning comes hand on hand with the right certification.
the following certificates will be given to students that are eligible and completed a set of
training units and an evaluation process for the certificate.
each certificate provides as well a level of capacity of application: from 9+ levels of application
that refer to complex circumstances/systems the coach may need to support a customer.

Training Program
the training program has a gamified nature, and is provided through learning units of 45 min
up to 360 min each, the length vary according to content and learning tasks.
the training program is provided through 9 stages. while certification is provided according to
individual achievement. students must become eligible for a certificate through a verified level
of performance demonstrated at experiential projects and real working circumstances.
the training program need to be followed by all students, yet how the training units will be
taken by each will vary according to their learning modalities preferences: online, weekend,

when can you start to learn ?
HOW LONG IS THE TRAINING PROGRAM ?

the time line of the training program is flexible and adjusted to each study circle or individual
student. STUDENTS may choose a study circle, that prefers to start the learning program next season;
or to start the training program individually. yet, the evaluation process, and the levels 6,7,8 and 9 of
it in particular, need to be programmed in time, and will be made available (*) every season until the
maximum of new study groups and individual students capacity of the school have been reached for
the current year.
THE TRAINING PROGRAM 729 STUDY UNITS, TAKES AT LEAST 9 SEASONS, OR 9X81 DAYS = 729 DAYS OF STUDY.
INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS AND STUDY CIRCLES MAY COMPLETE THE 729 UNITS TRAINING IN 2-3 YEARS. WHILE EVERY
YEAR ELIGIBLE STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE CERTIFICATES, AND BECOME ABLE TO JOIN THE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM, THE
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM, TEAMS OF PROJECTS AND RECEIVE REAL WORKING TASKS ASSIGNED FOR THEM TO GAIN MORE
EXPERIENCE IN THEIR SPECIALIZATION FIELD.
THE LDMF FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE TO STUDENTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO APPLY, REACH CUSTOMERS AND
DEVELOP THEMSELVES PROFESSIONALLY ALONG 5 YEARS. 5 YEARS IS THE OFFICIAL LIMIT OF TIME STUDENTS HAVE TO
COMPLETE THE 729 UNITS OF TRAINING AND 9 LEVELS OF CERTIFICATION, SPECIALIZATION AND EXPERIENTIAL

FOR THOSE STUDENTS THAT COMPLETED THE LEVEL 5 OF TRAINING UNITS NECESSARY FOR THE
CERTIFICATION AS "COACH", AND THE LEVEL 9 OF UNITS NECESSARY FOR THE CERTIFICATION AS FUTURIST
COACH A THESIS WILL BE REQUESTED.
THE THESIS NEED TO INCLUDE A SET OF EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING MODULES, RESEARCH, APPLICATION WITH
REAL CUSTOMERS.
OPTIONAL IS THE SETTING HOW THE THESIS WILL BE DEVELOPED. FOR THE LEVEL 5, THE STUDENT MAY
CHOOSE ONLINE, ABROAD TRAVELING OR AT LOCATION DEVELOPED THESIS. BUT FOR THE LEVEL 9, THE THREE
EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELDS OF WORK IS NECESSARY, STUDENTS MUST DEVELOP THE THESIS WHILE ABROAD
TRAVELING, THROUGH ONLINE WORK AND WITH TEMPORARY PROJECTS AT FEW LOCATIONS AND LONG
TERM PROJECTS AT ONE LOCATION.

register & evaluation process
how to apply in 9 steps
not all candidates will be accepted as students. as we offer a study circle with few
students, we would like to be sure all students accepted have certain level of capacity and
skills, and are able to follow up the training program. in order to register for the
application program please do as follow:
0. review the values and intention of the Gamified coaching training program, get
familiar with the ldmf. foundation aims and work.
1. make a choice, notice which are your skills, interests and consider, from the 9
specialization programs which one you would prefer. (choose 3 of them with priority)
2. write a letter to the ldmf. foundation describing your qualifications for the training
program, and for the priority 1 specialization. remember that along the evaluation
program you may be accepted in no more than 3 specialization programs, and you must
choose only one. yet you will have the chance to change this choice later on.
3. send the letter to our email: welcome@luisdanielmaldonadofonken.info
4. you will receive an answer in 9 up to 45 days. if you have not received an answer at the
day 46 is because you did not qualify to the evaluation process for candidates to the
coaching training program.
5. if you received an answer, follow the instructions given. at this point the gamified
evaluation process started, notice everything you do will give you points (+ or -) and
bring you closer to the qualifications necessary for participating in the training
program.
6. is part of the evaluation process to demonstrate a set of basic skills and capacity. you
will be requested to join the volunteer program for this stage of evaluation.
7. an individual self-assessment process, with a mentor will be suggested to each candidate.

it will be evaluated, your interests, skills, capacity and the match of those with the
internship programs for which you are eligible.
8. a gamified foundation training program will be provided to all candidates. this is the
level zero of the training program: the evaluation training. which is an experiential
training with key modules that will let you find out if the training program is right
for you, and will help us assess if you are the ideal student. the training program will
focus on learning self-assessment tools. if you want to be a coach, you will enjoy this
training, it will motivate you and inspire you.
9. you will be invited to take a first test season in the gamified training program
program.
after you completed successfully the stage 9 of the evaluation process, you will be
informed, if eligible, you are an official student of the LDMF Foundation coaching school.
the evaluation process, 9 stages, according to case , may take from 9 days to 81 days.for the
396 level 8 and 9 of application your organic presence at the location of training will be
requested. yet for the stages of evaluation 0 to 7, your digital presence will be requested.
