InthisDescriptiveStatisticsbox,themeanforthesugarconditionis4.20.Themeanthemeanforthealittlesugar
conditionis3.60andthemeanforthenosugarconditionis2.20.Thestandarddeviationforthesugarconditionis1.30,
thestandarddeviationforthealittlesugarconditionis0.89andthestandarddeviationforthenosugarconditionis

ComparetheMeans

Researchershavesolvedthisproblembyconductingposthoctests.Thesetestsareusedwhenhehavefound
statisticalsignificancebetweenconditionsbutwhenwedontknowwherethesignificantdifferencesare.Thesetests
arenotusedwhentheresultsofa1WayBetweenSubjectsANOVAarenotsignificantbecausethereisnoneed.But
whenwedofindastatisticallysignificantresult,whentheSig.valueislessthan.05,weneedtousethesetests.
