I would like to point out the part about Hindu terrorism aka Saffron terror.

The
word terrorism is a bit of misnomer here since most religious riots in India r
esult in property damage but no injuries or fatalities.
U don't have very recent data but here are the statistics from 2012 on.
"For 2012, there were 93 deaths in India from many incidences of communal viol
ence (or 0.007 fatalities per 100,000 people). Of these, 48 were Muslims, 44 Hin
dus and one police official. The riots also injured 2,067 people, of which 1,010
were Hindus, 787 Muslims, 222 police officials and 48 others. Over 2013, 107 pe
ople were killed during religious riots (or 0.008 total fatalities per 100,000 p
eople), of which 66 were Muslims, 41 were Hindus. The various riots in 2013 also
injured 1,647 people including 794 Hindus, 703 Muslims and 200 policemen."
Given, that Muslims make up about 13 % of the population and Hindus over 80%, th
e near parity in numbers would be unexpected.
There's also the notion of civil law, different religious groups have different
civil law in India. And although most civil codes including the Hindu Civil Code
have been amended to the point of being mostly stripped of their religious natu
re, the Muslim Personal Law(called Shariat) has remained virtually unchanged sin
ce its inception. We're currently trying to get rid of [Triple-talaq](https://en
.wikipedia.org/wiki/Divorce_in_Islam) and the All India Muslim Personal Law Boar
d has been very unhelpful including statements like :
[Triple talaq is better than murdering wife](http://www.firstpost.com/india/trip
le-talaq-is-better-than-murdering-wife-aimplb-tells-supreme-court-2988008.html)
Just to put the facts in perspective however, India has one of the most moderate
Muslim populations in the world, less than 30 Muslims have joined ISIS and ther
e have been no recorded instances of anyone joining Al-Qaeda. That number howeve
r is increasing though
