Proposal in Brief

Organizing a Free Eye Camp at OBS facility with the permission of the company
represented, in this meeting, by Mr. Muhammad Wahid, Senior Manager HR at
OBS Pakistan.

OBS Response to the Proposal

OBS responded quite supportively and they welcomed our team for camp
organization.

They expressed their desire to meet Dr. Khalid for further convincement and for
CSR partnering with Eye Sight Trust in future.

They showed interest in designating these camping activities as their regular


CSR activities for the welfare of their factory workers and even white-collar
employees.

If OBS management decided mutually to designate these activities as CSR, then


they shall spend some of their budget for this cause, which will be a direct benefit
for Eye Sight Trust as their camping costs will be reimbursed in this way.

If designated as CSR, they ensured to display the camp snaps on their official
pages and website.

They ensured to provide us with more labor crowd from all across their subsidiary
factories (above listed in introduction on page 2) depending upon the success of
first camp at OBS Pakistan (one of subsidiaries/factories) with check-up of about
300 factory workers.

They further tentatively ensured to have Eye Sight Trust as their permanent CSR
partner after successfully organizing camps at their designated facilities.
