Q1.
Following are the output (SPSS) of reliability test, kindly guide the researcher about the
usefulness of reliability test is survey data, also specify the benchmark and elaborate each of
the following results:

SURVEY 1
The table of survey 1 the reliability of alpha is 0.816 which is much higher than the bench mark.
We can say that the data of survey one is reliable.
SURVEY 2
The table of survey 2 the reliability of alpha is 0.355 which is lower than the bench mark. We
can say that the data of survey two is less reliable.

SURVEY 3
The table of survey 3 the reliability of alpha is 0.746 which is higher than the bench mark. We
can say that the data of survey three is reliable.
So the researcher may refer survey 1 for more analysis.

Following are the output (SPSS) of the frequency distribution of three variables from
three different surveys. Explain the results in detail:

SURVEY 1
46% respondents are neutral that they feel run down and drained of physical or emotional
energy.
23.3% respondent are strongly agreed that they feel run down and drained of physical or
emotional energy.
13.3% respondent are agreed that they feel run down and drained of physical or emotional
energy.
13.3% respondent are disagreed that they feel run down and drained of physical or emotional
energy.
4% respondents are strongly disagreed that they feel run down and drained of physical or
emotional energy.

SURVEY 2
44.7% respondents are disagreed that they are frustrated with parts of their job.
27.3% respondents are neutral that they are frustrated with parts of their job.
17.3% respondents are agreed that they are frustrated with parts of their job.
6.7% respondents are strongly agreed that they are frustrated with parts of their job.
4% respondents are strongly disagreed that they are frustrated with parts of their job.

SURVEY 3
34% respondents are neutral that the organizations policies and procedures are fair.
30% respondents are agreed that the organizations policies and procedures are fair.

19.3% respondents are strongly agreed that the organizations policies and procedures are fair.
10% respondents are disagreed that the organizations policies and procedures are fair.
6.7% respondents are strongly disagreed that the organizations policies and procedures are
fair.
