WHAT AFTER
DEMONETISATION ???? !!!!

India is moving towards two party
system like US and UK. NDA Vs UPA.
Good for electoral cleaning. There will
be only 2 candidates option to public.
Modi has already announced to fund
Election expenditure of candidates by

Government. Hence political corruption

can stop, Politicians can receive funds
through cheque etc.
If opposition political parties don't unite,
no opposition party will win elections
after 6 months to 2 years. Caste and
religion will be less important in this
new economic arrangement.

Now next step of the government

after demonetisation is the
following
1) Stop Cash in Real estate
payments
2) Stop Cash in Gold purchases
3) Stop cash in Foreign currency
purchases

Government is working on another

project which dematerialisation (DMAT)
of all land / property documents. After
this the physical papers land and house
title documents will have no value as
they will become electronic (similar to
demat shares) and all properties owned
by an individual will be reported under
one account number (Aadhar account)
assigned to him. Post this move no one
can have benami land or properties
since the physical papers have no value
and benami can disown the person who
had registered the property on his
name.The PAN no. will be avilable and
will say whether the property is
purchased by paying tax or not. Hence
Bribe money can't be used to buy
property. As per new benami law those
benami properties will be taken over by
the government.

Any individual or politician holds 1000

acres or so will be easily visible to
government authorities
This exercise will yield government
more tax than the demonetisation of 500
and 1000 currencies. After this gold and
foreign currency will still remain out of
government reach.
For gold ISRO will develop imaging of
hording places to help government to
unearth huge gold hoarding in kilos and
tons
To implement Real Estate and Gold
reforms there will be resistance similar
to demonetisation and strong political
will and public support is necessary.
After 12 months to 24 months
government will abolish all 500, 1000,
2000 notes. Ask the holders of these
new cash currency to deposit in their

bank accounts. Again money horders

and bribe receivers will find it difficult to
show source of those income. Again
they will approach intermediaries to
deposit. But this time no more fresh
currency will be issued. All transactions
are to be only through electronic and
digital payments,
Only 100, 50,20,10 willl be the valid
currency.
Once this happens there will be no cash
available for terror funding, gold
purchase, real estate purchase, cine
field, doctors, lawyers, school colleges
capitation exorbitant fees, etc. The bribe
can be used only for miniscule eating
out and going on holidays etc..

Nilekani and Artha Kranthi movement.
Nandan Nilekani helped in moving to
cash less society

Arthakranthi has suggested to remove

all taxes and only introduce expenditure
tax. But expenditure tax can't be
introduced without entire country
moving to digital transaction and
without punishing black money holders.
Hence now Modi has started punishing
the black money and black asset
holders later.
As per ArthaKranthi movement
Government should abolish all taxes
like Income Tax, Excise, GST, Road Tax,
Octroi, House tax, or any taxes.
You need to pay only one tax at 2% to
2,5% which is expenditure tax.
Due to this one crore salary man now
pays 30% income tax and on all
purchases again so much tax. Petrol
and Diesel even one pay 30% or 50%
tax.

For house purchase we pay 8% to 9%

registration charges.
As per Arthakranthi proposal all will
stop paying Income tax. Out of 1 crore
income if you spend only 30 laksh per
annum you will only on that expenditure
2% which is 60,000 rupees only. Petrol
diesel you will pay only 2% tax which
will make the price of petrol to 30 to 40
rupees.
The real estate prices will crash. Interest
rates are already falling. Prices if all
commodities will fall. Since our
manufactured products price will
decrease, exports will grow generating
more employment.
For all these to happen we need to
support Modi to move to cashless
society. Before that Modi should punish

Black money holders and Black asset

holders.
Due to all these measures the caste
wise reservation also will lose
importance in education. .Government
will introduce similar help to all poor
irrespective of their religion and caste.
Hence all will get quality education.
More such measures are devised.
Political spectrum is changing. There is
a paradigm shift in politics.
