(a) reason of your issuing a duplicate token card at my / our request or by reason of the original token card
being at any time found and presented for payment by me / us or any other person : and / or , charges ,
losses , damages
(b) any person(s) claiming to be the holder(s) of the token card or in any way interested therein :
