Angoor Khatte hai

Bachpan se hum log bhuki lomdi aur angoor ki kahani sunte aaye hai.
us kahani ke moral mei sirf yeh likha jata tha ki angoor khatte hai
parantu ek sawal jo mujhe bachpan se pareshan karta raha ki jab wo
lomdi angoor tak pahonch hi nahi payi, toh usko kaise pata laga ki
angoor khatte hai? Bachpan ke dimag ki is daud ne is sawal ka jawab
nahi diya ki aakhir us lomdi ko yeh kahne ki kya jarurat thi ki angoor
khatte hai?

Is kahani se hame bahut si seekh milti hai:
1. Jindagi mei kisi bhi failure ke ehsaas se bahar aane ke liye us prapti par se
apna dhyan hata lo aur aage bhad jao.
2. Apni peeche ki failures ko future mei kaam karne ki motivation par haavi
na hone dein.
3. Apni failure se seekh lein aur aage aane wale challenges ko face karne ke
liye better tayaar rahein.
4. Learning hamari perception ko change karti hai...wo perception hamari
motivation ko modify karti hai aur motivation hi action ko create karti hai.
toh apni learning badhayein. Badhi hui knowledge hamare nazariye ko
badalegi jis se hamari kaam karne ki prerna badh jayegi.
5. Aksar hum dekhte hai ki hum dusro ke targets ko apna bana lete hai ya
phir hamare targets koi dusra insaan decide karta hai. dusre ke
targets/achievements ko bina soche samjhe copy karne ki koshish na
karein. Kisi bhi target ko accept karne se pahle apni capabilities aur
motivation ka fair assessment kar lein. Aisa na karne ki sthithi mei failure

ke chances badh jayenge aur har failure hamare future motivation ko


effect karega.
6. Apne target ko itna jyada mat le kar chalo ki jisko achieve karne me fail
hone ka risk success ke risk se jyada ho. Agar failure ka risk jyada lag raha
hai toh usi target ko chote chote milestones mein divide kar lein. In chote
chote milestones ko achieve karne ki successes se aapko aage ke liye
motivation milta jayega.
7. Dimag ki positive reinforcement ki shakti ke jariye apne mann ko assafalta
ke baad hone wale gum ke ehsaas ke dur kare. Kavi iqbal ne is ehsas ko
apni ek kavita me bahut ache se kaha hai:
Sitaron se aage jahan aur bhi hain
