Just like the way for muscular growth we need to train every day little bit, for neural growth we need to train
everyday
Working memory

By repetition with time, we move the item to Long term memory
Spaced repetitions .Not a good idea to repeat on a single day as it is difficult to build the neural structure in a
single day.
Sleep
Staying awake creates Toxins. Sleep washes away toxins. It erases less important things and strengthens important
things.
When we are stuck in a problem or unsure about something, instead of focusing on the issue ,let things settle
down for neural processing to happen at the background.

How to be better test takers
We ordinarily think of learning as something we do when we sit down to study a book. But actually, being able to
learn more easily and deeply involves many important facets--including not only periods of focused concentration,
but also periods of relaxation, and even times when the body is simply out getting exercise. Your brain can be busy
figuring things out during times when you have absolutely no conscious awareness of it.
About Writing
Though something is done in the world, when we do it ourselves it still enhances our creativity.
When learn something new and speaking publicly about it, we are criticized.
Leadership is the ability to disguise panic. It may only be through repeated experience that one learns how to
cope with that a little bit better.
The only advice I can give to others is to always adopt the same kind of curiosity about your own
shortcomings and your own difficulty getting the big picture and understanding the entire scope of the
problem that you would apply to others and to, to any problem in general. Ie Be willing to accept some
discomfort sometimes.
Some people would say that it's only when you experience some discomfort that you're actually
Some people would say that it's only when you experience some discomfort that you're actually
accomplishing some kind of change. So, to the extent that one wants to make progress, it's necessarily going
to involve some degree of discomfort.
Openness and non-agreement/non-conformism ,those who challenge the status-quo, has a positive correlation
with creativity.
It is important to find the fine line between being agreeable and disagreeable. whatever the product is, to be
considered creative has to be new. But then it also has to be useful or valued by someone. So, this involves a
kind of attention between doing something that may be totally driven by your own vision of things, and
those things that are going to end up being adopted or used by others. So it means that you can create things
that may be novel, wonderful, and strange. But if they're too novel, too strange, then they're not going to be
considered wonderful by others. So finding this sweet spot in the range between what you find to be the
newest and most valuable and exciting. And what others believe is I think that's a lifelong process of, of
deliberation and balance.
