LEARNING METHODS
The learning method in stage I / qualification (1st semester) form the basis of lecture
material ENT-HNS, Research Methodology and Statistics, Basic Surgical. Learning
methods participants PPDS after passing the qualifying stage (stages I - IV) in the
form of:
a. Polyclinic patient management, hospitalization and surgery.
b. Critical review journal papers, literature reviews, case reports.
c. Evidence Based Medicine
d. Bedside teaching
e. tasks Keep
f. Discussion of case reports.
g. Skill lab, Course, Forum PPDS.

5. Process Management Education


The education process is managed by IPDS refers to the standard of education and
competency standards and curriculum created by the College of ENT-HNS.

Dean of the Faculty of Medicine was responsible for organizing


education.

Chairman of the Department / Section:

Help implement education program specialist ENT-TOS at the Departmental


level
Meet the needs of the teaching staff in accordance with the criteria set

Complete infrastructure and educational facilities needed

Chairman of the Learning Program (CLP):

It is the faculty of Health Sciences Department of ENT-KL proposed by the


Department / Division to the Dean and appointed by the Rector and is
responsible for the implementation of Specialist Education ENT-HNS
Manage the implementation of ENT-HNS PPDS in accordance with the
standards of education and competency standards that have been made by the
Collegium ENT-HNS
To coordinate with the faculty and the College ENT-HNS

I. EVALUATION SYSTEM OF LEARNERS


1. Material evaluation The evaluation was conducted on the achievement of a
professional appearance (the ability / professional skills) which consists of three
areas:
K: knowledge (cognitive field)
S: skills (psychomotor field)
A: Attitude (affective fields)
Educational evaluation may include evaluation of education programs (EEP) and the
evaluation of learning outcomes (ELO). Evaluation of educational programs
conducted regularly by the manager of education at the end of each stage of
education. In the innovation efforts towards better education, then the components of
the program include the Evaluation of Learning, Learning methods, Performance
Lecturer, means Supporting and Financing should be evaluated. Meeting decisions
can change the design of teaching that has been compiled.
The learning process aims to change the skill level of the program participants a
certain level to a higher level. Evaluation of the learning process is a systematic
method of collecting, measuring, processing and final assessment of the ability of the
program participants in both the cognitive, psychomotor and behavior in achieving the
learning objectives that have been set.

Evaluation form can be a hair test, practice test in the form of test procedures or test
cases, test simulations, case presentations, writing scientific articles, studies, theses
and sustainable behavioral observation.
In preparing the evaluation instruments must be considered a factor validity,
reliability, objectivity, comprehensive relevance and economical-practical.
Implementation is done by sub-section as an initial test and final test, and values must
be in the form of points the result of the third assessment area of education
At the ENT-HNS at any ELO education centers is carried out in accordance with the
educational curriculum.
Education specialist ENT-HNS constitute professional education must use the
benchmark criteria. When the ability in one sphere less, it must be repeated. Limit
values should be set in a meeting passed a follow-up evaluation. At the end of the
study, conducted national examinations conducted by the College which will be the
basis for the evaluation of competence of learners.
Graduates PPDS I-ENT-HNS earn diplomas from IPDS and certificate of competence
of the National College of ENT_HNS, as well as the right to use the designation
Specialist Doctors Ear Nose Throat-Head and Neck Surgery.

2. The relationship between the results of the evaluation of the educational process
The results of the evaluation of the learning process at every stage of an intake
material for an attempt to maintain the achievement of educational goals and
competencies.

II. LEARNERS
1. Selection of Admission of Students
Prospective students are doctors graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, which has
been accredited with a minimum GPA of 2.75, passed the written test, verbal and
psychological test which is organized by the Education Center, TOEFL test score of at
least 450 up to 35 years old, able-bodied, not color blind (expressed as medical
certificate).

2. Number of Students

The total number of learners up to three times the number of teaching staff
(lecturers remained + lecturers clinic).

3. The condition of education


Learners receive education in a teaching hospital as well as networking. IPDS can
carry out exchanges of learners to another IPDS within and outside the country with
the aim of meeting the completeness of the educational process, including the transfer
of credits. Learners workload contained in the curriculum books, guide books and log
books. Learners receive special STR and SIP.

4. Status of Learners
Learners are members of the IDI and confirmed members of the young Perhati.

V. ACADEMIC STAFF
1. Candidate acceptance policy faculty teaching staff IPDS-ENT-HNS KL is Sp.THT
graduates of the Faculty of Medicine, which has been accredited or overseas
graduates who have completed adaptation. Candidates must be willing to carry out
Tridharma Staff College.
2. Definitions: Lecturer PPDS-1 ENT-HNS are those who because of his expertise or
specialism is authorized to assess, educate and guide the education program specialist
ENT-KL and have the ability to formulate and implement the design of teaching and
managerial skills.

3. Criteria faculty:
1.1 Supervisor:
Those who have the task of carrying out supervision and guidance in improving skills
(psychomotor) participants PPDS but not given responsibility for the guidance of an
increase in scientific fields (cognitive). Consisting of ENT-TOS and status of teaching
staff active in the Faculty of Medicine of State appointed by the Head of ENT-KL in
the Faculty or ENT specialist-KL is not a lecturer of the Faculty of Medicine of State
with a minimum term of 3 years and is appointed by the Head of Department.

3.2. educator:

They are in addition has the task as a leader is also responsible for the guidance of the
scientific improvement. Consisting of ENT Specialist-KL with the status of active
teaching staff with work experience of at least three years continuously in the ENTKL Faculty of Medicine, State or ENT specialist-KL outside the Faculty of Medicine
of State with a minimum of 5 years of work experience and has experience as a guide.
3.3. Assessor:
They are in addition has the task as mentors and educators are empowered to assess
learning outcomes of participants PPDS ENT-HNS. Consisting of ENT Specialist-KL
with the status of the teaching staff of the Faculty of Medicine of State with
experience as an educator at least 5 years and is considered capable by the Head of
Section, or ENT specialist-KL is not the teaching staff of the Faculty of Medicine of
State who has experience as an educator of at least five years, plus the
recommendations of the Implementation Coordination team PPDS ENT-HNS.

VI. CRITERIA & FACILITIES EDUCATION CENTER


1. Executive Education
Faculty of Medical Affairs.
2. Education and Training Facility
IPDS must have a teaching hospital and a network that can provide health services
ENT-HNS accordance with accreditation requirements specified by the College ENTHNS. The physical facilities should be regularly reviewed every five years and
developed according to the needs.
3. Teamwork Clinic
Business PPDS ENT-TOS must be able to provide an evaluation of cooperation
experiences with participants from other disciplines PPDS
4. Information Technology
IPDS must have and develop adequate information technology facilities for faculty
and students.
5. Research Facility
IPDS should provide adequate research facilities and establish inter-institutional
research collaboration activities, so that research activities can be done well.
Every learners are required to carry out research activities as an integrated part of the
educational process.

VII. EVALUATION PROGRAM


1. Program evaluation procedure Evaluation of the implementation of the education
program specialist ENT-TOS conducted periodically by IPDS and Collegium includes
an evaluation of the selection process and graduate education. Implementation of the
evaluation in accordance with the accreditation guidelines that have been approved by
the Indonesian Medical Council (KKI).
2. Feedback Feedback obtained from faculty, graduate students and stakeholders who
actively participate in the process of evaluation of educational programs with the
purpose of planning the development of educational programs.
3. Quality Assurance PPDS quality assurance ENT-HNS was conducted in stages by
the KPS, quality assurance team of the Faculty and University. Accreditation
education centers performed by Collegium ENT-HNS regularly every five years.

VIII. ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF PROGRAM PPDS


The education program specialist ENT-TOS is managed by an organization with the
following composition:

Collegium ENT-HNS is part of the Council of the College of Medicine, Indonesia
(MKKI) and directly responsible to the Director General of Higher Education. The
task of the College ENT-HNS are:
