Keep track of how many minutes you spend online socially per day
This includes any social media (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.),
IM/chat, games with chat features, texts, etc.
Check the clock when you start and end
One text equals one minute
Next to each entry of time, put either + for a positive encounter, = for a neutral
encounter, or - for a negative encounter
You can give a rating for groups of texts that belong together, like from the
same person
Graph the number of minutes you spend online socially per day

For further examination (not required, but recommended), divide and color
each days column according to the type of encounter
Green for Positive +
Yellow for Neutral =
Red for Negative -
