The overall objective of the present study is the effect on the Strength
Characteristics on adding METAKOLIN and GROUNDNUT HUSK SHELL in
concrete.
Introduction:Concrete is one of the most vital construction material. It is used in
construction alone as mass concrete, with steel rods as reinforced concrete, in
combination with metal components of a structure.
The two components of concrete is cement paste and aggregates. The cement
paste consists of Portland cement, water and some admixtures. One of the
aggregates as Fine aggregates which are to be replaced with groundnut shell
husk.

Analytical study:For this, mix proportions of concrete are M20 and M301. The mix
proportions with partial replacement such as 10%, 20%, 30% of METAKOLIN with
OPC, GROUNDNUT SHELL HUSK with partial replacement of fine aggregate.
