FacilitieswillcompletereportsviatheHealthCommerceSystem
(HCS),usinganonlinereport versusutilizingtheHotlinetomakea
report.
ReportswillbeaccessedbytheCentralizedComplaintIntakeUnit
(CCIU),triagedandenteredintotheAspenComplaintTracking
System(ACTS)
CaseResolutionUnit(CRU)staffwillreviewthecasetodetermine
appropriateaction.
Thirdpartycomplaintswillnotbeeffectedbythisprogram.
FacilitieswillnolongercalltheNursingHomeComplaint
Hotline(unlesstheyareunabletoaccessthewebpage)
InformationonincidentswillbeobtainedbyCCIUaccessing
thewebsite,andthenenteredintoACTS
DOHhascreatedadefinedlistofreportableincidents
TheDepartmenthasdevelopedanonlinereferencemanual
forclarificationofreportableincidents
