longerlifespanaminimuminruralareasfortwentyyears.

4. TreesendemictoIndiaorintroducedabout300to400yearsagoshouldbe
included.Example:Tectonagrandis,Azhadiractaindica,Saracaindica,
Pterocarpusmarsupium,Terminaliapaniculataetc.Thesecanbegrown
anywhereinIndiaandhavegreateconomicvaluetoo.Treesthathavebeen
introducedrecentlysay100150yearsago
exoticspecieslikeGulMohar,
Spathodiaetc.shouldbestrictlyavoided

5. Foreachchildwhohasgrownaminimumoftentreesforfiveyearsi.e
firstyear2trees,secondyeartotally4treesetc.agreencreditshouldbe
givenand2%seatinalleducationalinstitutionsshouldbeallocated.Like
RighttoEducation,thisshouldbeapplicabletoallInstitutionsaidedand
nonaidedasaformofCorporateSocialResponsibility.

6. ForgrowingaminimumoftentreesinfiveyearsRs.5,000perchildperyear
shouldbegivenforfiveyearsasscholarship.Thisshouldbedirectlypaidto
theEducationalInstitutioninwhichthechildwillbeadmittedforhigher
education.

7. Thisamountshouldbeutilisedonlyforeducationalpurposeslikefees,
uniforms,educationalmaterialsetc.

8. TheentireamountcanbegotfromPrimeMinisterGreenFund(tobecreated)
withcentralgovernmentandcanbegotfromothercountriesalsothrough
CDMprojectsunderUNFCCC.

9. ChildrenstudyinginStandardIVfromruralareaswillbeeligibleforthissince
plentyofvacantlandisavailable.


10. Childrenshouldfindtheirownspaceforplantingandmaintaining.

1. EachsaplingshouldbetaggedwithanuniquecodeincludingGPS,aadhaar
numberofthechild,photographofthechildandthetreespeciesshould
includeinthedatabase
2. Sinceeachgrampanchayathasnowapowerfulconnectivityallthedatacan
becentralisedlikeaadhaar
3. Attheendoffifthyeareachchildshouldapplyforthegreencertificate.
4. BeforeissuingtheGreenCertificateverificationshouldbedoneonfieldwith
thehelpoflatesttechnologieslikesatellitemappingetc.
