MINUTES OF

ANTWERP TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS


REGULAR MEETING
THURSDAY JULY 26, 2001

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairperson Glen Wilkinson


Board Members Present: Margaret Grabbe, Bonnie Osborne, Joe Stimac, Gary Stock
and Glen Wilkinson.
Board Members Absent: None
Also Present: One guests.
Motion by Stock, second by Osborne to approve the agenda as presented with the addition of Harold
Cirino Discussion. All voted in favor.
Motion carried.
Motion by, Stimac second by Grabbe to approve the minutes of the of May 24, 2001 meeting as
published with the following amendment added The Zoning Board of Appeals finds that the
current use for Van Kal Equipment Inc. is a legal non-conforming use. All voted in favor.
Motion carried.
New Business:
a.

Motion by Wilkinson, second by Stock to grant request from Philip Lane for variance allowance
on the south side of property granting a set back of 10 from the property line to foundation to
build a garage/workshop. The justification for variance being the contour of the land proximity to
the easement of power lines. Property address is 65660 26th Street, Lawton. Property number is
80-02-027-005-31, tax plate number is 387-C in section 27. Property is zoned Agricultural.

Stimac-yes, Osborne-yes, Grabbe-yes, Stock-yes and Wilkinson-yes.

Any other business/on going:


There will be a special Zoning Board of Appeals meeting requested by Harold Cirino on
Thursday August 16, 2001 for a request to change the lot lines on lot number 18 and 19 in
Rose Meadow Subdivision.
Motion by, Osborne second by Stock to adjourn.
Meeting adjourned at 7:40 PM.
