OFFICE ORDER
ln supersession of earlier office-orders ref. no. oS/DLSA /SouthlzOfo/S37 2-5387 dt.
30.09.2016, following Legal Services Advocates of the South District Legal Services Authority,
Saket Courts are appointed as Remand Advocate in the courts assigned to them as per the

following list w.e.f OL/01,/zOt7 to 30.05.2017. The terms and conditions of the Remand
Advocates/LACS are as follows:-

The concerned Remand Advocate/LAC shall remain present even on Sunday and all

holiday(including Gazetted holidays, second Saturday, Sunday, Winter and Summer

vacations) if their respective assigned court(s) are working during the said period.

Remand Advocates/LAC attached

to particular court(s) shall remain on duty on the

day (including holiday/vacation) when the Presiding Officer of that assigned court(s)
happens to be the Duty Magistrate/Vacation Judge.

The Remand Advocate/LAc assisting the respective Duty Magistrate shall

also

remain present along with the concerned Presiding Officer of the assigned court(s)
in the Video Conferencing Room during the electronic linkage remand sessions. The

copy of the Duty Roster of the Magisterial Courts shall be made available to the
Remand Advocates at the South DLSA or court concerneo.

Analogous to the patterns of the Link Magistrates, the Remand Advocates shall also

work as the Link Remand Advocates. The Link Roster for the

Remand

Advocates/LAc shall be the same as that being followed by the concerned courts.
The Link Rosters of the Metropolitan Magistrates at Saket Court Complex shall be
available at the office of South DLSA.
