    S1 Recompletion Program

    Cont RIH Packer, P/T failed, unset & POH & P/T failed again, POH & RIH w/new
    packer P/T OK
    Cont RIH packer, P/T, failed, POH Packer
    Electrical cables need to be replaced
    Auxiliary brake not functioning due to leak on stuffing box
    S2 Recompletion Program

    Terminate swabbing, R/D swab lubricator, perform feed rate test, unset
    packer
    Cont POH packer, waiting for CNLC crew, RIH TCP
    S3 Casing Evaluation Program

    WOC, POH, RIH drilling string, tag & R/U power swivel, Commence drilling
    Annular BOP rubber must be changed
    RIH drilling BHA, R/U power swivel, commence drilling
    Poor Mast light rubber must be changed before moving to new
    location
    S4 ESP Repair
