DESCRIPTION:
The battery monitor circuit is used to monitor the battery level using with
pic micro controller .battery monitor circuit

is designed with op_amp

based comparator

circuit .inverting terminal of the pin is connected to reference voltage and non inverting pin
connected to the battery output .when battery level reach out the reference voltage of the
inverting pin output pin of the op amp is goes high and also when non inverting pin goes low
output pin op-amp will goes low .In microcontroller when get the high from the particular pin
message will send to the particular person using through the GSM wireless communication.
