Point of Contact.

Introduce yourself as an Independent Network Owner.

Ensure that the prospective Affinity Client understands that you are not an employee and or Insurance
Broker representing Affinity Health or any of its Affiliates.

Initiating Contact Script:

Dear, (clients name), It is important for you to understand that I am by no means a financial advisor and do not
wish to act as an intermediary or in any way influence your personal financial portfolio. I am simply acting as an
advertising agent to create awareness about Affinity Health. Please note that my role as an independent
advertiser is not geared toward rendering any form of advise but rather offer you the opportunity to be contacted
by an authorised representative of the CAD Trust (Affinity Health).

The Advertising Process:

Ensure to remain neutral.

Remember that you are not a salesperson.
In the event of the client showing an interest and need detailed product information, kindly inform them
that an Authorised representative can answer any question or concern that they may have.
NEVER ADVISE A CLIENT TO CANCELL AN EXISTING INSURANCE AND/OR MEDICAL AID.

following Script.

The EOI (Expression of Interest Form)

Ensure that the client understands that by filling in the EOI that they are by no means completing or stepping
into an Insurance Contract.
The EOI serves merely as a request to be contacted by Affinity Health.
Ensure that the client has read, agreed and understood the terms and condition at the bottom of the EOI
