Day 2: 10/12/16 supervision 2 the mental element


Consolidate and merge lecture notes with raw notes
Catch up on sup readings etc. articles on strict liability
Get some model essays for the points of contention

Day 3 4: 11/12/16 - 12/12/16 -- supervision 3 Homicide


Read and absorb
Make condensed notes
Make a set of notes for offences AR/MR, try to merge with OAPA/Sexual Offences
Identify potential essay questions

Day 5: 13/12/16 supervision 4 OAPA and Sexual Offences


Type down learnings from supervision itself, apply to overview (especially the part
on what makes a good law)
Condensed notes version, make sure its easy to follow and easily understandable
and memorisable.

Day 6: 14/12/16
If theres time, review everything, think about potential essay questions, read per
incuriam model essays and essays from Sherilyn

mock)

Tort of negligence cheat sheet able to quickly see the issues

Day 1: 15/12/16 Trespass and Negligence 1
Combine lecture notes with raw notes
Identify areas of contention
What are the principles of tort law? Why is there a tort of negligence? Why is there a
tort of trespass against the person etc?
Intentional torts vs negligent torts
Breach of duty of care

Day 2: 16/12/16 Negligence II Causation


Combine lecture notes with raw notes
Special focus on mesothelioma make sure you know the tests for causation
All the tests for causation multiple/indivisible/divisible etc.
Identify potential areas of debate and reform

Day 3: 17/12/16 Negligence III Duty of Care General


Make a set of condensed notes
Note the rules and tests for primary/2ndary victims
Read some of the articles to catch up

Day 4: 18/12/16 Negligence IV Duty of Care - Pure Economic Damage


Summarise the rules and tests
