Schedule Changes
In an effort better suit
the needs of our growing
student body and to better fit our students
needs, we have made
some changes to the
schedule.

An old favorite is back
on the schedule for
2015. The Super Session is a two hour free
seminar that helps expand your knowledge of
the martial arts and
techniques. The next
Super Session is April
18th from 5 - 7. We will

be focusing on a style
known as Wing Chun.
It is a great opportunity
to learn some advanced
techniques and application. We look forward to
seeing you April 18th.

Parents Night
Out
Another relaxing night is available for our parents on May 2nd, 2015
from 5 - 7 pm. Registration will be required at a cost of $10 per student. We will be providing dinner, refreshments, games, entertainment
and a movie.
See you then.

Belt Promotions
Belt promotions are scheduled May 18th, 2015, at 4:00, just before the
Super Session. Prospective candidates will be notified of advancement.
If you think you are ready to move up a belt and have not been contacted by an instructor, please bring it to their attention before or after
class.ie.

Womens Self
Defense Seminar
We often have requests for Self
Defense Seminars. As part of Sexual Assault Awareness month, we
will be hosting a 3 hour Womens
Self Defense Seminar. The seminar will be held April 25th, 2015
from 1-4 pm. The cost for the
even is $20. Registration is required and can be done at

The event will focus on situational
awareness and Krav Maga defensive combatives applied to real life
situations.
