Job Location
Chennai/Willing to move to other locations within India/abroad for short/long term project needs. Base location
would continue to be Chennai
Job Summary
Assist and contribute in developing IT solutions for business goals and challenges, solution frameworks in
insurance domain.
Roles & Responsibility
Interpret business trends and market movements to identify relevant IT solutions to business problems
in Insurance domain
Develop competency on business analysis techniques, processes and tools through internal and
external training in order to take up business analyst responsibility
Able to develop competency in documenting all insurance value chains, insurance business processes
and functionalities
Willing to work with solutions team in creating sound, attractive and quality presentations
Willing to work with solutions team with an interest to create research material based on various
trends in the financial services market
Create solution frameworks with little oversight
Willingness to learn/ get certification from industry bodies
Willingness to work on any domain within Insurance vertical
Flexible on onsite/offshore and any offshore location
Qualification & Experience (if required)
Nice to have Insurance certifications like AINS 21 or FLMI or any LOMA based programs
MBA/ PGDM Specialization preferred
