Offering Envelopes
The 2017 offering envelopes are available in the Education
Building. If you do not see your box, please let us know. It is
easy to overlook names when looking through hundreds of
names and being interrupted numerous times.

Tables of Love
The Tables of Love will be Feb. 16, 2017 in the Kirbo Center.
We need people to volunteer to be table hostesses. You can
pick your packet up in the office or call Delrose Betts. You
can leave a message. Please buy your ticket as soon as
possible so that we can plan adequately.

Flower Calendar
If you would like to place flowers in honor or memory of a
friend or family member, please call or come by the church
office to sign up and be sure the date you want is available.

Gaither Vocal Band

The Bill Gaither Vocal Band will be in concert at the
Christian Heritage Church in Tallahassee on Saturday,
January 21st, at 6:00 P.M. Normal admission is $26, but
with a group rate the tickets are $20. If we have enough sign
up and pay for their ticket by Monday, January 9th, we will
charter a bus for 56 passengers. Please let us know so that
we can secure enough seats for those who want to attend.
The church is located where the Waccamaw was several
years ago. It is also across the street from Fun Station.

Wednesday Night Missions Wednesday, January 11 @ 7 pm

Join us as we begin again with mission activities! We will learn
more about missionaries and how to live a missional life.

CPR Class

Saturday, January 28

We will hold a class to learn CPR basics on Saturday, January 28.

Cost for church members will be $25 and $35 for non members.
We must have a total of 8 in attendance for the class to make. If
you would like to participate, please call the church office to sign
up.

Happy New Year to everyone!! I hope and

pray that 2017 is off to a good start for you and
your family. We have a lot to be thankful for
reflecting on the past year and looking forward
with anticipation to the new year. As the new
year begins, a common word thrown around a
lot is resolutions. I for one have been thinking
about and praying about what I would like to
do differently in 2017. I pray that God begins
a work in the life of our church that will result
in lives being changed by the power of the
gospel of our Lord, Jesus. I am praying for
our pastor search team as they work diligently,
searching for the man who will be the leader
of this church. I am praying that this year
brings with it a sense of community among our
fellow brothers and sisters in Christ that has
never been experienced here at FBC. May
2017 be the year that God revives our lives,
families, and church. What are you praying
for this year?
