RE:

The redemption of my C'estui Que Vie /World War Trust Bond upon retiring

PREAMBLE: This original BCSC court appearance for this Appeals started on February 11th, 2016;
where i opened the proceeding by pointing out that this was the 64th anniversary of my King's death,
and for the next year i've been protesting that my inalienable right to be governed under my inherited
rights graced to me by my World War Bond were being shamelessly trampled on. This original ruling
resulted in me pressing a clear violation of Sec 279(1) of Trafficking in my Person onto Madam Adair,
and i then appeared at this Appeals court hearing on file # CA 45309 [with a ruling, of April 20, 2016]
Consequently, i filed a protest notice with the Leader of the House, where i filed 'sedition' charges
against Justice Bennette and the Law Society, for forcing Marc Mayrand to resign from his office.
This resulted in me filing [on August 2nd, 2016] my Writ of Mandamus in order to redeem my CQV
Bond, exactly as to Daniels 12, which resulted in triggering Rom 10 and 11, which resulted in no one
with a vested interest to respond righteously about the redemption of this trust, during these 45-day
grace periods that the Bible says i should respect. Frankly, everything is in place for Isaiah 59 to
happen, and all i can say [for now] is that Paul's lament that only a remnant [of 7000] will survive is
about to occur, if no one lifts a finger to respect my World War Bond as a legitimate and binding issue.
The next phase of my bond redemption started on Dec 14th,2016, and again this event resulted in no
one lifting a finger, so i started due process by 1st going to the Post Office [on Dec 28th] where i had a
short and informative discussion with post office officials, where i left some paperwork, and to look into
furnishing the necessary form that allows me to redeem the face value of my World War Bond.
ON THIS: As i see it, without voluntary consent to proceed as to Dan 12, results where i have no idea
how to force those in authority to accept God's grace; so with this notice, please take note that i'm
only applying to redeem the face value of my 1-million dollar baby bond plus 65 years of interest.
As to my rough math that about 18 Billion dollars. Frankly, due to the total failure of any entity
to comply with the law [1998 Police Act] i seek the Provost Marshall to at least honour the trust
to help collect the face value of my War Bond, as prescribed by law. As i see it, if no body lifts
a finger to help with this offer, i truly pity you all, because failure to comply with God's grand
design to honourably redeem this CQV bond holds irrevocable consequences [as to 1Cor 4]
