PROFILE

As a process engineer within the process development team, studied and analyzed new and
existing production processes in the plant. Implemented the necessary adjustments in order to
optimize the production process in terms of safety, environment, output, energy, product
quality and use of raw materials in order to meet the needs of our business.

Developed new processes and equipment. Afterwards coordinated the different commissioning
stages and evaluate the results. Have had the ability to challenge with credibility and act as a

heat exchangers, power plant & auxiliary boiler, steam condensing systems, steam reduction

Operation and Monitoring of the Multiple Effect Evaporator & (Agitated Thin Film
Dryer).

reports. Perform minor and basic field and laboratory water quality testing.

National Company for Sulphur Products (NCSP), Riyadh, KSA is an ISO 9001:2008 certified
company currently operating 300 MTPD and 150 MTPD Sulphuric Acid Plant (two unit) based on
DCDA Process, 50 MTPD of Oleum, 72 MTPD Linear Alkyl Benzene sulphonic acid and 42 MTPD
Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate (3 grades) based on Multi Tube Film Reactor Technology, 100 MTPD
Sodium Hypo Chlorite Plant based on Powell Bleach Process, and power production with Steam
Turbine having a capacity 3MW (SIEMENS TURBINE) .
Worked in all sections/areas of the plant and have very good knowledge about startup &
shutdown operations of the plant and also have hands on operational experience in SCADA, PLC and
DCS systems.

Performing modification and commissioning of equipments and controlling the parameters and

HALDOR TOPSOE designed the Ammonia Plant with the capacity of 1050 MTPD of ammonia. The
Urea plant is based on the Urea Technologies Incorporation, USA (UTI). In addition, it has the
process of total heat recycle process and conversion of 76% with 1475 MTPD. The DORR OLIVER
(INDIA) LTD. designed the Complex Fertilizer plant. It is the three-train NPK plant with a
production capacity of 2450 MTPH of NPK fertilizers

Job Description:

Monitoring Quality Systems & Complains with preset standards; troubleshooting and
maintaining requisite documents to ensure completes in-process quality & improvement in
process capabilities.

To organize all activities of operation and maintenance work of sewage treatment plants
such as planning of daily and monthly routine work, scheduling of preventive maintenance
work and arrangement of troubleshooting works.

To monitor and guide a group of technician, and general worker who are involve in operation
and maintenance works.
To make sure all sewage treatment plants and pumping station are running as procedure

Job Description:

Control the water treatment process by regulating water-flow through various stages such as
chemical addition, settling, filtering and disinfection.

Monitor computerized controls to insure the proper water flow, pressure, disinfection, and
power generation levels.

Calculate chemical mixtures, storage tank and usage levels.

Operate pumps, valves, compressors and distribution systems to control the flow and
treatment of water.

Collect water samples for laboratory tests and carry out routine analysis including flow
measurement, pH, alkalinity, colour and chlorine residual.

Prepare reports and log detailing plant operation. Receive, monitor and respond to remote
alarms.

Operate, maintain and perform routine servicing, cleaning and repair of the water treatment
