Write copy for digital and print marketing efforts for all 13 restaurant locations, each with a distinct brand
and voice. Marketing efforts include a broad range of materials from articles, brochures, press releases,
newsletters, announcements, and presentations to email blasts, social media posts, website content and
event listings. Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Technology and Marketing Manager to obtain
approval on subjects, content and strategy for all upcoming campaigns.
Successes include:

Social Media & Community Management: Established strong social media presence across Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, and other key sites for all 13 brands.
- Created Fremont's Instagram Page and grew followers to 4,526 in the first year through smart
content curation, effective engagement, and targeted Instagram partnerships.
- Built brand awareness within each social media presence and ensured each brand maintained its
individual voice and focused on the correct audience.

Copywriting & Content Development: Wrote copy and developed content for 13 websites, including
event listings, site descriptions, and promotional messages for additional ticketing sites

Email Marketing: Revamped email marketing schedule and targeting within MailChimp, also boosted
the open rate to 20% (previously 12%) by dramatically improving content and headlines.

Event Management: Planned, marketed and managed Four Corners Ticketed Events (i,e., Beer Dinners,
Wine Tastings, Holiday Party Packages) that accounted for more than $200,000 in ticket sales in the
past year.
