Emergency monitoring system shall not required to interface with BMS as both monitoring
panel and BMS are in same security room

FACP Repeater panel in 4th floor shall be located on the backside of the wooden column on
reception counter.

There shall be two Panic Alarm Button under the counter of reception area as shown in the
drawing. Panic Alarm Button beside the reception area shall be relocated into the BOH office
behind reception at the height of 1500mm and Two panic alarm Button in the Swimming pool
area shall be fixed at the height of 1000mm - Location shall be finalized by PMT

Medical Alert Button system shall be with alarm push button, reset button and sounder on the
same device itself . In emergency when push button pushed it shall be relayed and identify for
help at reception and security room

Medical alert Button shall required only in the Bathroom of each KSH guestrooms and in the
fitness center on the roof floor ( total 3nos) shall be fixed at the height of 80cm from FFL.
Location shall be confirmed with PMT

The Magnetic door Holders on the emergency exit stair case shall be cancelled and Magnetic
door holders for fire doors ( Typical floor lift lobby door) shall be independent from access
control system and It shall be connected with fire alarm system by control Module only.
All the CCTV and access control system drawing shall be rewired and confirmed by Mr. John
Paul,
There shall be a general alarm in the fourth floor reception for all the alarm like emergency
monitoring, FACP, Panic and Medical Alert etc. These alarm can ring the security telephone in
fourth floor reception. And it is recommended to have messages deliver as well.

There shall be only one sounder in the security room connected with panic alarm Button. All the
remaining 4 sounders shall be cancelled.

Panic alarm and Medical Alert shall be relayed to fourth floor reception by ringing phone and
security room shall have proper message relay possibility.

A proper steel Stairs shall be installed as shown in the drawing on the north west corner of roof.
In addition there shall be an alternative stair case or ladder on the south side of top roof which
can be hanging type to be used in emergency case.

The FM-200 system can be cancelled for electrical room and IDF room. Both rooms doors shall
be 2 hours fire rated and fire extinguisher shall be fixed outside of both room. FM 200 system
for MDB rooms remains as described in specs. Also FM200 system can be cancelled in
elevator room by providing sprinkler system in elevator room . All the cancellation shall be
done after confirmation with AON. All the shaft passing through these rooms shall be closed by
fire rated material.

Additional lights and sprinkler shall be added in the roof garden area

Hyatt required to review 'corridor smoke extract system '.

Hyatt required to review 'stair case air pressurization system '.

GFCI socket in guest room toilet shall be connected to the ELCB breakers and GFCI socket
shall be replaced by normal socket.

Access panel in the guest room shower area shall be located in the center of shower area and the
ceiling light shall be installed in the center of access panel.

Electrical Floor Boxes in swimming pool area flooring to be cancelled. Instead the power and
telephone outlets can be fixed on the nearest wall. Location shall be fixed by PMT. The data
outlets are not required in these area as there is Wi-Fi AP.

Soap holder in the corner of guestroom shower area shall be replaced with something more
practice if possible, ID designer shall review and come up with a solution.

As per the requirement, garbage chute is not required for the Hyatt House hotel, So it is
recommended to convert the use of garbage chute as linen chute. Since the main laundry will
be outsource, so it is recommended to enlarge the laundry room on ground floor. See attached
plan proposal. The existing linen chute shall be cancelled.
Chemical storage for Laundry room shall be confirmed with CHBIB and it shall be with proper
exhaust system. See attached plan proposal
Bottom of all bedrooms shaft in garage areas shall be closed and sealed with fire rated material.

BMS:- In Guest room the door contact shall be used to activate PIR sensor. I.e., when guest
enter the room, door contact activate the PIR sensor for 20 minutes to detect the presence of
guest in order to run FCU in certain mode of operation as described in specs, same way when
guest leave the room the door sensor activate the PIR sensor to confirm absence of guest and
FCU will run in certain mode of operation as described in specs. BMS to be interfaced with
Opera to manage checking checkout.

The door of fire doors (Typical floor lift lobby doors) shall be with handles on the back side of
the door. To allow 2nd escape way possibility.

It has been noted that top of elevators are dumbed with cables, it shall be arranged and cleaned
properly
