ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

REFUND POLICY
1. There will be NO REFUNDS for the Early Bird Registration.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION: There is no refund for absent days. Refer to the above for the refund and cancellation policy.
REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A BUSINESS CHECK. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS
FOR PROCESSING.

GENERAL POLICY
1. Tuition can be paid in check, cash or credit card. The tuition is NON-TRANSFERABLE from one student to another student.
2. Class schedules are subject to change depending on student enrollment and/or teacher availability.
3. Classes are subject to cancellation depending on student enrollment and/or teacher availability. If this happens, a FULL refund will be issued.
4. There are NO REFUNDS for a student who registered for 8 weeks or less.
5. All fees may vary. There are no fees applied for check or cash but the following fees are applied for the use of credit card.
(Domestic Visa/Master 3%, International Cards 4%, and Debit Card 1.5% added to the total tuition)
6. Videotaping & Photographs: I agree that my student may be videotaped, filmed or photographed during classroom activities exclusively to
post photographs or video for Kappa Academy and for marketing materials.

RETURN CHECK FEE: Please note that any returned checks will incur a $35 charge. Termination of classes will take place if fees are not
paid shortly thereafter.
