JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities;
Managing and supervising the sales team
to ensure business objectives, goals and
targets are achieved.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting
and developing annual sales quotas for
regions and territories; projecting expected
sales volume.
Organize and coordinate at Sales Gallery
on location of projects, property launches
or exhibition (Local & Oversea).
Maximize and achieve sales for all sales
launches of companys projects and
services based on planned sales
strategies.
Build and maintain good relationship with
existing and potential customers.

Manage and coordinate in events,

roadshows, exhibitions and any other
advertising and promotional activities.
Perform market analysis, including the
analysis of market share, market pricing,
positioning, market strategy and trend, as
well as to perform competitor analysis.
Develop in-depth understanding of major
market segments through market research
and project bench-marking.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by
monitoring costs, competition, and supply
and demand.
Ensure submission of mandatory reporting
and to update management on all sales
activities in a timely manner.
Any other duties assigned from time to time
by the management.
Overall strategic planning for the Sales &
Marketing Department

Requirement;
Candidates must possess at least a Post
Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree,
Professional Degree in any field.
Minimum 5 years related working
experience in similar industry.
Familiar with Housing Development Act,
and Strata Management (Maintenance &
Management) Regulations.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Possess own transportation and willing to
travel.
Good command in English and Bahasa
Melayu
