THE EVOLUTION IN STAFF MANAGEMENT AND THE EVALUATION OF

PERFORMANCE IN COMPETITIVE ENTERPRISES

Abstract
It was performed analysis and approaches on the human resource function and its
relationship with the Administration's performance in competitive enterprises. Them main
methods that are used in the research were: analysis, synthesis, deductive, inductive, descriptive,
statistical among others, is used as tools it interview, survey and reports documentary. The
population consisted of 1500 workers of all the levels and the shows was formed by personal of
them companies of: TOTTUS SA., WONG S.A., IDAT, being such shows of 250 workers. In
conclusion the approach lies in the analysis of best practices business and in the made of
reviewing the evolution of the resource human that is shows as piece fundamental in the growth
and the development sustained of the company competitive, evaluating to the resource human
mainly in three dimensions: economic, social and technological. This means that the function
active of the resource human has the opportunity of participate as agent of change in the
formulation of strategies that allow the optimal operation of the Organization competitive in
which is could display that it management of them people is based in three aspects: them people
as humans, them people as activators smart of them resources organizational and them people as
partners strategic of it organization competitive.
