Client requested to do granite


strips around lift openings for the
durability of the lift door wall and to
get good apperance.

To prevent entering water into the


gaps of two building.

Changes due to architectural


requirement and to get maximum
day light for staircase.

Due to heat trap inside the building,


fixed glass part of all windows were
converted into louvers

Justification

Justification

Due to provide the maximum area for


the auditorium changed the
auditorium arrangement hence
increased the floor carpet area.
It has been changed due to request
by auditorium specialist of client
As per the Client's requirment to
provide the maximum area for the
Auditorium stage extended the
timber stage.
Client requested to curve the
columns as square column edges
may be obstruct to persons and to
get good architectural appearance.
