JOB PURPOSE
In compliance with the existing legislation he/she records economic events/activities, analytics,
records registers in favor of process transparency.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

ACCOUNTING AND BOOKKEEPING


Performs the ledger and analytical records management, corresponding to the
regulatory requirements.

Records Regularity

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Checks incoming transfer accounts continuously, updates bookkeeping. Schedules
the payment of bills according to the deadline.

Accuracy of Accounting

ASSET REGISTER
Performs the registering of the material tools and immaterial means, and the
tracking of changes in accounting in order to secure the accounting provisions.
Responsible for the registering of scrapping, write-downs, transfers and takeovers
of records without charge, moreover accounting for depreciation, taking the
prevailing tax laws and accounting rules into account. Creates inventory reports.

Documentation Accuracy

BANK ACCOUNTS
Books HUF accounts, foreign currency accounts and term deposits, keeps
balances up to date.

Documentation Accuracy

TAXATION
Keeps the records necessary for the preparation of tax returns, carries out the
documenting of the data according to regulatory standards. Supports the
preparation of VAT and local tax returns. Gets involved in fullfilling payments.
Carries out inspections.

Deposit Accuracy

FINANCIAL REPORTS
Creates periodic (monthly, quarterly, yearly) balance sheets, in order to fully
enforce Hungarian and other relevant accounting standards and fiscal discipline.

Responsible for the company's annual report.

PAYROLL
Takes part in the processing of payroll and social security accounting information.
Based on the information received from payroll, he/she performs the bookkeeping
of payroll expenses, deductions, taxes, and creates a tax return in accordance with
law.
