ISSUE: 20170106 - Re Political Correctness, etc & the constitution

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the

constitution.
http://www.abc.net.au/news/2017-01-09/indonesian-president-joko-widodo-calls-for-unity/8170434
Indonesian President Joko Widodo urges citizens to resist intolerant hardliners
Finally, Mr Widodo took to the stage.
"We have been blessed with plurality and we need to be grateful, yet we also need to maintain our unity," he said.

"Unlike some countries that only have one ethnicity, we've got 700.
"We need to be grateful it's our strength."
I for one admire President Widodo for taking a stand against intolerant hardliners.

In Australia however we have a Prime Minister too busy with what I view misuse of taxpayers
monies and so to say being a bleeding heart of violent criminals being it imported refugees, home
grown terrorist, women and children while I view is representing the interest of Australians and
too busy having made inappropriate comments regarding a candidate in another foreign countries
political election. Division rather than coherency appears to me to be his aim.

Taxpayers foot bill for Ley to attend Sarina Russo's NYE parties

Health Minister Sussan Ley charged taxpayers to attend two New Year's Eve events hosted by prominent
Queensland businesswoman Sarina Russo, who previously donated $20,000 to the Liberal Party.

Sussan Ley attended Sarina Russo's New Year's Eve parties on taxpayer money
In a statement, Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull said Ms Ley had agreed to "stand aside without ministerial pay"
during an investigation by the secretary of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet.
Then consider:
Hansard 2-4-1891 Constitution Convention Debates (Official Record of the Debates of the National Australasian Convention)
QUOTE

Mr. WRIXON: I am not going to violate my own rule, and raise a point on the drafting here, except
to suggest to the hon. member in charge of the bill that the wording is not, I think, the best that could
be adopted. I think that to describe the payment mentioned in the clause as an allowance for services is
a misdescription. It is really an allowance for the reimbursement of expenses.
Mr. CLARK: We argued that out in committee!
Mr. WRIXON: I should prefer to see the wording which is used in some of the statutes of those
colonies which have adopted payment of members, namely, that it should be put as the reimbursement
of expenses, because otherwise you get into the public mind the idea that members of parliament are
actually paid a salary for their work, which they are not.
END QUOTE
Hansard 2-4-1891 Constitution Convention Debates (Official Record of the Debates of the National Australasian Convention)
Mr. GILLIES: QUOTE
Surely it is not contemplated that in the event of a member of parliament who was being paid 500 a year
accepting office, he is to receive his salary as a minister of the Crown plus his salary as a member of parliament.
END QUOTE

The question is therefore will Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull having reportedly stated that Ms
Ley had agreed to "stand aside without ministerial pay" really was deceiving the electorate that
she still will be paid a parliamentarian allowance and still be provided with travelling and other
special provisions so that in effect she only is without the additional Ministers pay, and still can
continue to abuse and misuse travel allowances if that is what she was doing?

Ms Russo donated $20,000 to the Federal Liberal Party in 2010 and her companies also made donations to
the Labor Party in 2014-15.
Ms Russo's company Job Access won Government contracts under the Coalition for education and training services
worth $41 million and $4.4 million in 2015, lasting for three years.

Political Correctness is that politicians do not associate with political donors as to avoid being
seen to so to say pay back using taxpayers monies the donation that was provided previously.
Political Correctness is a 10 year ban for any government contract to any political donor from the
day such last donation was provided.
Not only must Justice be done; it must also be seen to be done R v Sussex Justices, Ex parte McCarthy ([1924].

Schorel v Elms (1994) Unreported M2944X of 1989 SA27 of 1993Page 16 and 17: "Justice must not only be done but must be seen to be done"
The same is with Political Correctness, citizens must be able to understand and perceive that a
Prime Minister is honest and not portray a Minister to stand aside without pay while in fact still
being able to pursue any travel rort and collect parliamentarian allowances. This I view is not
what ordinary citizens would perceive from the Prime Ministers statement.
A Minister may claim to coincidentally happen to purchase an about $800.000 property near
where her partner happens to have a business, but let us be clear about it, to arrange for a
mortgage one better contact the mortgage provider beforehand as to make sure that you can
legitimately pay a deposit. As such, it seems to me doubtful that the Minister by chance
(considering the relevant issues) happen to come across the sale without having made prior
queries and arrangements as to the purchase.
If she did make queries about the mortgage prior to the so much rumoured trip with her partner
then obviously the trip was in conjunction to purchase the property, at least in my view.
Ministers can claim for whatever to go on Ministerial business to announce something but let us
be clear about it, their office is in Parliament and so no need to travel anywhere to make some
announcement at huge cost of travel to taxpayers, as they can make the announcement in the
parliament itself. That is where it is the Peoples House!

Explained: Politicians' entitlements rules and why they're under fire

In my view, only actual monies due to accommodation to be paid to a registered accommodation

provider such as hotels/motels should be paid by the relevant department, and not some extra
monies to a politicians who may as was reported in the past then lives in the shed in the backyard
of another politician. Technically I view it is a violation of 44 of the constitution to accept
payments for accommodation if you are a Member of Parliament because you are accepting
monies under contract. A hotel/motel is a registered accommodation provider and as such
legitimately can provide at cost for accommodation.
I asked another person what this person understood from the statement that Ms Ley had agreed to
"stand aside without ministerial pay" and was given the understanding this means no payment
whatsoever at all. Well, I doubt that Mr Malcolm Turnbull really did explain himself as such.
When he refers to ministerial pay and considering that the legal principle embedded in the
constitution is:

So, Peter Dutton wants a tougher citizenship test, more focused on Australian values and less preoccupied
with irrelevant trivia.
"We need to see whether people are abiding by Australian laws, whether they are educating their children, if
they are able-bodied and of working age, whether or not they are engaged in work or whether they have had a
long period of time on welfare," the Immigration Minister told Melbourne radio station 3AW this week.
"At the moment," Dutton added, "the test is dictated essentially by questions around Australian trivia, if you
like. And my view is that we could look at a test that would more embrace Australian values."
END QUOTE

To me this is long overdue but we may just get there. What is needed is that any aspirant
Australian coming as an alien must show to understand at the very least that no religion dictates
Australian law and that any religious customs, rituals, observance, etc, must always be subject to
any laws that exist within Australia. Further, that there is an equality of gender and as such no
religious rituals/customs or whatever can violate this.
And this I view is Political Correctness also.

We should have a Prime Minister who in my view more concentrate upon the issue of national

The article was written by a journalist who suggest part of his kind of test to include

As a constitutionalist it is very obvious that the ABC, despite being taxpayers funded, cannot
even employ a proper educated journalist who has the basics, as after all we do not elect a Prime
Minister as the Governor-General can commission any person, not even being a Member of
parliament, to be Prime Minister, as long as the person by the expiry of 3 months became a
Member of Parliament if this person is to continue as Prime Minister. Surely one could expect a
Prime Minister being able to ensure that taxpayers monies are not wasted on nonsense of
journalism?
And as I introduced the issue about President Widodo, who seems to understand unity is what it
is about. We have a Prime Minister however who reportedly is involved in funding disunity, such
as to protect women and children, as the Victorian Government is harping about. In my view
there should be no gender bias. In the 2010 investigation is actually showed Men are more likely
to be killed in 6 out of 10 cases then woman in general and in Indigenous environment it is more
than a staggering double.

We have our youth who allegedly needs to be protected where one was reportedly charged with

Who let in the Sudanese? Amanda Vanstone

Andrew Bolt, Herald Sun
December 22, 2016 8:35am
The crime wave in Victoria by people of African descent has been astonishing, with
the latest victim a young woman who was stopped while cycling and carved up by
three Africans. I have repeatedly asked of the crime-plagued Sudanese in particular:
who let them in? And now we know.
Here is Amanda Vanstone, Immigration Minister in the Howard Government, in
January 2007 attacking activists demanding she do more for boat people:
At a time when another major refugee crisis is unfolding in Sudan we should be trying
to take a broader perspective.
The latest refugee crisis in Sudan is not the first...
Comparatively little is known of this crisis in Australia. This should be a matter of
shame to some refugee advocates within Australia...
Australia has provided permanent resettlement to more than 10,000 people from
southern Sudan in the past three years.
Vanstone was Immigration Minister for all that time, having taken over from Phillip
Ruddock in 2003:
In 1984, when Labor held government under Bob Hawke, the intake of Sudanese
refugees for resettlement was zero. During the ensuing decade just 34 Sudanese
refugees were resettled in Australia. The intake jumped to 354 in 1994-95, heralding a
rapidly increasing flow of Sudanese every year, rising to 6147 in 2003-2004.
Experts such as Paris Aristotle from the Victorian Foundation for Survivors of Torture
say the influx was prompted in part by requests from the UNHCR for Australia to give

priority to Africa in refugee resettlement quotas because of the 1994 genocide in

Rwanda and the long-running civil war in Sudan...
In Australia, Sudanese-born humanitarian entrants have topped the offshore grants
list every year since 2003.
But in 2007 a new Immigration Minister realised a disaster was in the making:
Kevin Andrews, who assumed the role of Immigration Minister on January 30 this
year, has turned that sentiment on its head. Within a week of starting in the role,
newspapers reported that Andrews planned to seek support from cabinet to drastically
reduce the intake of Sudanese refugees because of concerns about a rising tide of
Sudanese gangs and related crime.
Over the course of this year, Andrews's concerns about the alleged inability of
Sudanese refugees to integrate have become more explicit, culminating on Monday
when he made plain that integration was to become one of the key criteria for
determining refugee resettlement quotas.
"Some groups don't seem to be settling and adjusting to the Australian way of life as
quickly as we would hope, and therefore it makes sense to ... slow down the rate of
intake from countries such as Sudan," he said.
Naturally, moral grand-standers of the Left refused to believe there was a problem:
New England independent MP Tony Windsor is not convinced the latest debate does
not have an electoral purpose..
"Philip Ruddock for years, when the boatpeople situation was on, used to say, 'We've
got to look after the Africans'.
"They seem to have settled in quite well... Kevin Andrews has got a bit of explaining to
do, otherwise people will quite rightly say he's playing the race card."
Victoria Police in 2007 spread false information:
But worst was the reaction of Victoria Police, led by Labor-appointed Christine Nixon.
Nixon claimed Andrews was wrong about Sudanese crime rates: "They're not, in a
sense, represented more than the proportion of them in the population."
A police multicultural liaison officer agreed: "There's an under-representation of the
Sudanese in crime stats."
Those police claims were false. Figures let slip by Nixon the following year revealed
crime rates for Sudanese youth at least four times the state average.
Labor smeared Andrews:
"It has been a long time since I have heard such a pure form of racism out of the
mouth of any Australian politician," sneered Queensland premier Anna Bligh.
The media vilified Andrews, rather than the Immigration Ministers who had put
Australians in danger - Vanstone and Ruddock:

The Age accused Andrews of making "unpleasant and inflammatory" comments to

provoke "a predictably base reaction from those sensitive to immigration on racial
grounds."
Yet even in 2007, as I wrote at the time, the evidence was urgent and compelling that
a grave mistake had been made:
Of course many Sudanese will make excellent contributions to this country. Of course,
and of course and of course. But it's also clear that a worrying number of Sudanese
immigrants - coming from a very different culture and a much poorer country with
much lower standards of education - are struggling to make their way here and to
integrate.
Recent signs of that include a huge brawl, worries by Sudanese parents about their
uncontrollable children dropping out, concerns by teachers of a lack of " life skills",
vicious assaults, and police warnings of gang violence.
A state school principal has also told me how very hard she's found it to integrate the
African students in her school, given how few of them have any English or much
respect for authority. What makes her challenge worse, she says, is that she has so
many of them, leading then naturally to form a "gang" rather than be forced to
assimilate.
We can ignore all this, as we usually, do and shout "racist" at those who point out that
we have a problem. But we need to rethink just how - or even whether - we resettle
immigrants whose culture is so very, very different.
Even Sudanese defenders of the Sudanese refugees back then were actually admitting
that we were admitting people more likely to resort to violence:
On 3AW, a Sudanese community spokeswoman asks for understanding: The
implication of this journey (as a refugee) could make people prone to be violent.
Er, OK.
And even then, in 2007, the media should have realised our refugee and immigration
program - which had already let in hard-to-assimilate Lebanese Muslims - had exposed
us to yet another completely needless danger:
A SUDANESE refugee who embarked on a three-day rape spree and sliced an elderly
woman's throat a month after reaching Australia will serve at least the next 17 years
in jail.
Hakeem Hakeem, 21, was yesterday sentenced to 24 years' jail, with a non-parole
period of 17 years, for a string of depraved sexual attacks in Melbourne's southeast in
March 2005.
The Supreme Court heard that, just one month after arriving in Australia, Hakeem set
out on a drug and alcohol-fuelled campaign of terror on the streets of Dandenong.
What have we done? Why don't we learn?
And a word from Vanstone and Ruddock on how they got the Sudanese intake so
horribly wrong would be useful.

Remarkably the one outstanding Member of Parliament at the time on assignment to the UN was
Senator Cory Bernardi who I view exposed the inPolitical Correctness of our politicians to so to
say foul mouth the then Presidential candidate Mr Donald Trump.
It is well within President-elect Mr Donald Trump rights to determine if he does or doesnt
accept so called refugees at risk of the safety and wellbeing of Americans!

This is the testimony of John Perna before SC Senate Subcommittee on 01-26-2016:
Supposedly they are escaping from a war zone, BUT they left the women, the children, and
the elderly behind. If they are escaping from war torn Syria why are there so many that are
NOT Syrian? This multinational army mustered in Budapest from ALL OVER the Muslim
world. These troops launched the invasion of Europe with young males ready for combat,
not with women and children needing safety.

As I also did set out in 20161231-PRESS RELEASE Mr G. H. Schorel-Hlavka O.W.B.

ISSUE - Re 6 million Jews claims, etc & the constitution there are questions about the
authenticity of those claims. Yet, without any physical evidence somehow it is still spread around
and supported by governments. But when it comes to the mass murders of white people in
Zimbabwe and other places or even Christians then somehow the silence of the government is
deafening.

Report: 90,000 Christians Killed for Their Faith in 2016

As to the federal election security erven that is much left to desire as much as I reported way
back in 2010 and 2011 regarding Victorian State elections.

It was always known the result would be extremely close so something like pulling down posters for the
opposition at the polling booths could have easily been a deciding factor and that is why Danbys boys
committed the criminal offences they did.

During the Victorian state election Ivanhoe 2010 the police got involved as an INDEPENDENT
CANDIDATE I discovered my posters/banners were slashed with knives and dumped in my yard. the
police investigated but couldnt trace the offenders. As such the offenders knew where I was living. During
the 2011 Broadmeadows by-election my poster outside the polling centre was removed and replaced with
an ALP poster, as I then reported to the election Official showing parts of my poster still visible behind the
ALP poster. the official merely commented he could do nothing about it, and left it by that. Not even taking
note of this formal complaint. Also, I had numerous other posters/banners that were removed without my
permission and ALP posters put in place, sometimes over my posters. (I made photos of it as evidence).
Despite of formal complaints to the election commission nothing was done about it, little wonder than that
this is more and more becoming a crime wave.

Political correctness is not that the majority falls under the rule of a minority and subject to their
demands, but is about politicians being an example of honesty and integrity so citizens and so
our youth can see a fine example of how to achieve a future without criminality being involved.
Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews in my view stole the Victorian election by claiming that the
cancelling of the East-West Link would not cost a single cent. Well about $1.1 billion later it
surely did cost a lot of money. Why should taxpayers reward a person I view is a crook and a
swindler with being a Premier instead of allocating a prison cell to him?
So to say we should tosh out the toshers and get real representation that we all can look up to
that they are truly our agents in the Parliament and not conniving thiefs to in every possible
turn try to steal from Consolidated Revenue funds to enrich h themselves not appreciative at all
to be in a position to serve the general community!
It is one thing wanting to be a Prime Minister but a totally different thing to be a competent
Prime Minister. Obviously where we have Ministers and others allegedly rorting the
Consolidated Revenue Funds then when will this Prime Minister get the message that Ministers
basically are putting their finger up to him making known up yours and they have no respect
for his authority and will continue to do their own enrichment using any excuse to justify it.
What I view is lacking is leadership, at least both in Victoria and in the Commonwealth. That is
also why crime is promoted by how politicians themselves shows the example that if you can
excuse yourself with any nonsense you might just get away with it.
Well not good enough. Get rid of the fraudulent politicians and surely there should be some
people in the parliament who can manage to act as the agent representing the constituents and act
in a honourable manner without seeking to rip of the people from their hard earned taxes?
Ministers should accept that if they fail (so any of those they engage to act on their behalf)
then they should honourably resign. That tome is integrity but so far in my view they seem
to lack it.
Political Correctness is; To act politically honourable and decently without criminal
conduct to represent the general community!
