Connecting the two biggest International AIDS Conferences, Mexico City 2008 & Vienna 2010

The AIDS Ride 2010 is dedicated to offering an event that is sustained by the generosity of our bike riders and HotAir
Balloon riders, whose entry fee covers the costs of Hot Air Balloon rent, fee to the Pilot, other organizing expenses,
truck rentals, food for the AIDS Ride 2010 tour core steering committee from Mexico City to Vienna , road support,
permit fees, and campground charges etc. We're grateful to the many small businesses and corporations who are

opportunities. All the funds raised will go to the AIDS Ride 2010 project and to charity work that B’Care carry in India
and abroad. This is a trip you'll never forget and will be the most memorable experience in your life!

Registration fee:

General Bike Ride

$150 US Dollars for developed nations* from Europe, Americas, and Australia etc and fund raise $1000 US Dollars
$70 US Dollars for Students from developed* nations and are asked to raise min of $500
$90 US Dollars for all participants from developing* nations and fund raise $500 US Dollars.
$50 US Dollars for student participants from developing* nations and raise $300 US Dollars

Hot Air Balloon Ride:

If you wish to participate in Hot Air Balloon Ride, there is an additional fee of $100 US Dollars to the above
registration fee* that goes to the rental cost of the balloon ride. (The fund raise amount remains same)

PLWHA Registration: Free registration for PLWHAs but the balloon ride is not included.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

It is mandatory that riders and volunteers read this release before registering for the AIDS Ride 2010, Mexico City to
Vienna.
I acknowledge that participating in the AIDS Ride 2010 (the “Ride”) is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not
enter and participate in any manner unless I am medically and physically able and properly trained. I further acknowledge
that I, and I alone, am solely responsible for my personal health and safety and the personal property I bring with me. I
understand that I will be using public streets, balloon flights and facilities where many hazards exist, and I am aware of and
appreciate the risks that may result. I am also aware that accidents may occur during the Ride and that I may be seriously
injured or lose my life, as a result.

I verify that I am physically fit and that my physical condition has been, or will be, verified (prior to the Ride) by a licensed
medical practitioner. If I am a rider, I verify that I have, or will, train sufficiently to participate in the Ride. If, however, as a
result of my participation in the Ride, I require medical attention, I give my consent to the authorized medical personnel of
the Ride to provide such medical care as is deemed necessary by such authorized personnel. I also understand that I will be
financially responsible for the costs of any medical treatment. I verify that I have adequate medical insurance or will have
such insurance at the time of the AIDS Ride 2010.

I will abide by all rules and regulations established by the AIDS Ride 2010 organizers and personnel as well as State and
local vehicle codes. I agree to wear a properly fitted and adjusted certified helmet while riding bike. I further agree that my
participation in the AIDS Ride 2010 is subject to the sole discretion of the organizers and medical personnel of the aids Ride
2010 if available and that my participation may be limited or terminated for medical or other safety-related reasons.
In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I, intending to be legally bound, for myself, my heirs assign, next of kin,
personal representatives, executors and administrators, waive and release B’Care’s Aids Ride 2010 and its organizers,
volunteers, sponsors, officials, service providers, participating clubs, communities, organizations, friends of the AIDS Ride
2010 and all other government or public entities and all of their respective representatives, successors, directors, officers,
agents, employees, members and assigns from any and all liability and claims arising from injury, death, illness, property
damage or any loss suffered or sustained by me which is in any way associated with my selection for, participation in, travel
to and from, or any other activity associated in any way, whether foreseeable or not, with the AIDS Ride 2010. My
participation in the AIDS Ride 2010 is voluntary, and I assume all risks of loss, damage to my life or properity that I may
sustain while participating in the AIDS Ride 2010. I agree that if at any time I believe conditions or equipment are unsafe, I
will immediately cease participation and will promptly notify a representative of the AIDS Ride 2010 of such unsafe
conditions or equipment. My notification will not, however, create any liability for the AIDS Ride 2010 or any other party
released in this document.

I also understand that in the event that the AIDS Ride 2010 cannot be held as scheduled due to any circumstances, the
AIDS Ride 2010 is not liable to refund any money paid by me to participate including, but not limited to, any required or
voluntary registration fee. I understand that my rider number is not transferable and my registration fee is non-refundable. I
further agree as a rider to raise at least $300-$1000 to benefit the AIDS Ride 2010. This fundraising requirement is due in
full on or before July 18th 2010 in order to participate in the AIDS Ride 2010.
In consideration of my participation in the AIDS Ride 2010, I consent to and authorize the AIDS Ride 2010, its beneficiary,
sponsors, licensees, affiliates and employees (and their representatives, successors, officers, agents and assigns) to use my
name, likeness, image and/or voice appearing in any photographs, videotapes, motion picture recordings, recordings or any
other record of me as a participant in the AIDS Ride 2010 in any medium now known or hereafter devised for any legitimate
purpose. I certify that I am at least 18 years of age.

By signing the document “I agree”, I certify that I agree with all terms of the Release stated above and sign it of my own
free will.
