My perception of a competent attorney

A Competent Attorney is one who is legally trained and professionally groomed in
general aspects of law. He or She shall have a broad knowledge of Substantial
law and Adjective law. A Competent Attorney shall master his professional
etiquette and be able to deal with every individual case in a courteous way. He or
She must deliver his or her services to a client diligently as mandated. A
Competent Attorney is one who humbly abides by the codes, rules and
legislations which regulate his or her profession. He or She must be able to adapt
to a constant changes of laws and Judgments and must be capable of
maintaining his or her knowledge of laws.
