Narrative

On patrol an officer observed the listed vehicle traveling west on

Maple Street with no headlights on. A traffic stop was performed
and upon subsequent license checks it revealed that the driver
only had a permit with no licensed operator in the vehicle.
Uniform Traffic Tickets were issued for the above charges and
are returnable in Potsdam Town Court on 01/25/2017 at 10:00
am.
