Monday
6.15AM - eat fried rice(1) mix with vegetable(0.7) and rice(1)
11.20AM - eat clean food which consist of meat boiled(1) and whole grain rice(1)
4.00 PM - drink 2 glass of milk(2).
7.00PM - eat rice mix with whole(0.5) and white(0.5) grain and fish fried(1) with salt.

Tuesday
6.15AM - eat pork larb(thai food) (1) and small about of vegetable(0.4) with rice(1)
11.20AM - eat clean food which consist of meat boiled(1) and whole grain rice (1)
3.50 PM - drink 2 glass of milk(2).
7.00PM - eat rice mix with whole and white grain and fried chicken(1) with stew pork(1) and stir
fried vegetables(0.7).
7.30 - eat one small cherry(0.1)

Wednesday
6.15AM - eat soup(1
) with boil pork(0.5) and vegetable(0.6) and rice(1)
11.20AM - eat larb(1.2) and whole grain rice(1) and salad(1) and roast sunflower seed(1)
4.00PM- drink 2 glass of milk(2)
7.00PM- eat stew pork(1) and rice(1) and Boiled egg(0.9)

Thursday

6.15AM - eat soup(1) with boil pork(0.5) and vegetable(0.6) and rice(1)
11.20AM - eat chicken chest(1.1) and whole grain rice(1) and salad(1) and roast sunflower seed(1)
4.00PM- drink 2 glass of milk(2)
7.00PM- eat stew pork(1) and rice(1)

Friday

6.15AM - eat soup with boil pork(0.5) and vegetable(0.6) and rice(1) and tofu(1)
11.20AM - eat chicken chest(1.1) and whole grain rice(1) and salad(1) with fruit(0.1) and roast
sunflower seed(1)
5.40PM- drink a glass of milk(1)
7.00PM - eat nam kluge(1.5)
