Core Subject Test: In addition to the
above Aptitude Test, Core companies will be
conducting written test in the corresponding
Core subject for the students from Civil,
Mechanical, ECE, EEE, EIE branches.

Programming Skill Test


This test is conducted for the students from
all branches of Engineering and specialized test
from CSE, IT & ECE branches by some of the
IT Companies.
Those who qualify in the written Test subject
to scoring more than minimum cut-off in each

It is advantageous to solve the previous Test
papers to gain insight and develop confidence
before going in for the campus placement.

Group Discussion
A particular topic will be assigned for discussion and the students will be assessed for
the skills of self-confidence, communication
skills, body language, team spirit, listening
skills, logical presentation of views, flexibility,
initiative and leadership quality.

Technical Interview
After initial screening, the students will be
interviewed in the core subject covering the fundamental concepts, practical application and
programming skills by the Technical experts.
The interviewer would like to test in- depth
knowledge along with attitude, communication
skills and interest in learning of the candidates.
In case of High-end IT companies, Technical
interview may be conducted for 3 to 6 rounds.
Before attending technical interview, it is
always essential to prepare extremely well.

HR Interview
This is the final stage of selection process.
The student's positive attitude, goal setting, confidence level, presentation skills, body language,
general knowledge, zeal, innovation and leadership skill are assessed by the HR Experts.
