Dear Parents and Guardians:

Estimados Padres y Guardianes:

The 8th grade team and administration would like to

invite you for our first parent meeting on Tuesday,
January 17th at 3:30 p.m. in the Auditorium for
Spanish Speakers and Room 003 for English
speakers. The team will be discussing the graduation
policy and expectations.

El equipo de 8vo grado y administracin les invita a

nuestra primera reunin de padres el martes 17 de
enero a las 3:30 p.m. en el Auditorio en espaol y el
Saln 003 para los que hablan ingls. El equipo
discutir la poltica de graduacin y las expectativas.

Eighteen weeks have gone by fast and we are close

to wrapping up half the year. We want to ensure that
your child is prepared and ready for graduation before
it is too late. Please make sure to make any
necessary arrangements so that you or another parent
attends with your 8th grade child. If you need a note
validating your attendance to this meeting, we will
provide them to you after the meeting.

Dieciocho semanas han pasado rpido y estamos

cerca de terminar la mitad del ao. Queremos
asegurarnos de que su hijo est preparado y listo para
la graduacin antes de que sea demasiado tarde. Por
favor asegrese de hacer los arreglos necesarios
para que usted u otro padre asista con su hijo de 8vo
grado. Si necesita una nota para validar su asistencia
a esta reunin, se lo proporcionaremos despus de la
