KANHAI FOODS PVT LTD is a Private limited company incorporated on
15th August 1996, is engaged in business of Manufacturing, Processing and
the Domestic and International Airports of Ahmedabad / Baroda and they feel
Kabhi B (Any time) should be available Kahin B (Any where).
They already are a clear market leader in Manufacturing and distributing
Bread & other generic products under the brand name Kalory. Their dedicated
Direct and Indirect sales team has achieved an unparalleled distinction of
garnering prestigious business of corporate, Retail Chains and Multinational
Companies. Just to name a few of them, Reliance Fresh retail, Caf coffee
day, Java green caf, Pizza Hut, Chatkazz Chain of stores, IRCTC, DB
Hospitalities Gateway Taj, St. Laurn, Pride Hotel & many more . They supply
to Chatkazz outlets in Gujarat and Rajasthan on a daily basis. Besides this
their Company has been growing consistently in terms of exports, and has
been regularly exporting our products to Canada, Mauritius, New Zealand,
Dubai, U.S.A, South Africa & Hong Kong while adding a wider spectrum of
countries for exports in future, which will make them Indian Multinational
over a period of time.

FACILITY
The plant is equipped with proper hygienic & sanitation control departments,
a walk-in cooler to preserve perishables and separate storage godown
maintenance,

dispatch
areas.

organization employs about 130 skilled & unskilled personnel besides trained
and experienced departmental heads. The organization has its own depot in

1) Firstly, when raw material is arrived in the godown the raw material is
being cleaned and the weighting is done and after checking it is
transferred to high speed mixture where the raw material is being mixed
with sugar, salt, yeast and material is being mixed for approximately 3
minutes.
2) After the mixture is done the material is being transferred to the rounder
with the help of conveyer.
3) Dough is transferred to inter proofer and oven. After baking of bread it is
transferred to SS bread trolley
4) SS trolley is then transferred to high speed slicer, where the bread is
sliced up in different sizes. After this final step i.e. packaging is done.
