TERMS & CONDITIONS:1.PRICE: Ex-works, Rajpura(Punjab).

2.TAXES& DUTIES: VAT @ 6.5% OR @ 2% against Form C Any changes in duties same shall be in
your account. Other levies if any to your account.
3.DELIVERY: Our standard delivery period is 2-3 weeks from the date of receipt of advance & PO.
However, best suited delivery period can be mutually worked out.
4. PAYMENT: 30% along with the P.O and balance payment with taxes and duties prior to dispatch. Any
cost of do to be your account.

5. FREIGHT & INSURANCE: On your account. On freight to PAY basis. Safe unloading in your scope.
Necessary Road Permit / Way Bill to be provided in advance. Kindly furnish SALES TAX / VAT No., Site
address with Contract Tel. No. in P.O.
6.COMMISSIONING AND ERECTION: We will depute our service engineer for supervision of erection
and commissioning the plant on free of cost basis. However you shall provide him lodging, boarding and
local conveyance facility. You shall provide him all pulling tools &tackel , crane, labor etc
7. WARRANTY: The above plant is covered under ALPEX standard warranty for a period of 13 months
from the date of invoice. The warranty is based on the manufacturing defect. It is also based on the
proper use and maintenance of the equipment as per our instructions and excludes:
Repair and replacement due to normal wear and tear during operations.
Negligence, misuse, abuse, accident and alteration not specifically authorized by us.
Deterioration of replacement parts such as seals and rubber parts or corrosion of metal
components or failure of electrical parts will not the part of warranty claim .
8. JURIDICATION :Any matter pertaining to this offer is subject to Rajpura (PB) jurisdiction only.
