REF: MOTIVATION LETTER FOR VACANCY OF LANGUAGE TRAINER
Refer the heading above,
I was very excited to see your vacancy for a Language Trainer which
was advertised on the www.mstcdc.or.tz website. I am a well qualified to be
a language trainer who would be an excellent choice for this position.
I have experience of teaching foreigners who came to visit our school
for at least a month in which I develop a simple training syllabus that
manage me in teaching basic Swahili language and culture to these learners
that made them to cope easily in the society that interacted with them for
the entire time they spent in Tanzania.
I have an ability to grow with a job, impact new knowledge to
participants, handle responsibility and build positive relationships with work
colleagues at all levels. I also have the knowledge with the environment that
am going to work because I spent my time interacting with this institute
while pursue my master degree in science of leadership and governance as it
can clearly seen in my attached resume. While in Ms-tcdc pursuing my
master degree I learned on the methodology that is commonly agreed to be
used while imparting knowledge to participants in all courses Swahili course
in particular, this will easily make me cope with value and speed of archiving
organization goals.
My present employer is very satisfied with my work rate, commitment,
motivation and energy in performing various tasks, and I am confident that I
can bring the same level of high performance to your organization in which I

will be able to initiate and setup new Swahili programmes for the benefit of
participants and organization in general. Beyond that which is already
mentioned in my attached resume, I am someone who knows how to set
goals and achieve them, and have a proven track record of being able to
teach Swahili language, conceive, develop and execute strategies, while in
Ms-tcdc I acquired leadership and governance skills in which accountability is
one of its components and am free from any criminal record.
During my interaction with Ms-tcdc, I learned how the participatory
learning works and its positive impact in archiving learning goals. I feel
certain that my significant knowledge in writing, presentation, oral
communication, computer skills, research and verbal communication skills as
well as ability to initiate and maintain team work coupled with my ability to
work independently will be of immediate value to your organization.
In my daily duties, I interact with Swahili curriculum in the process of
building capacity to Swahili learners. I possess various abilities of preparing
learning materials that include interactive teaching aids and integrate
Swahili with its culture as we all know that language is a culture, I am fluent
in both Swahili and English and information technology that help me perform
my work in accuracy and in modern way.
I believe I possess the necessary experience and qualifications for this
placement and am very much hope that you will look favorably upon my
motivation letter by recognizing my enthusiasm, talents in the field of
