A. GENERAL PROVISIONS:

P.D. 984 compliance;
8. That the proponent shall institute
adequate measures to mitigate odor and
other forms of nuisance. Good
housekeeping and sanitation inside the
farm compound shall be maintained at
all times. All solid wastes generated
during project operation shall be
disposed of properly and never to be
dumped into any bodies of water;
9. That adequate drainage system
surrounding the poultry houses shall be
provided and the periphery of the
compound shall be planted with fast
growing trees to serve as buffer against
nuisance;
10. That no operations such as
commercial butchering and/or dressing
of chicken shall be undertaken;
11. That the local community shall be
given priority for employment;
12. That the proponent shall be held
liable for any damage to life and/or
property resulting from project
implementation and shall pay just and
reasonable compensation to aggrieved
parties;
13. That all other mitigating measures

Section 6(b), Article IX of DENR Administrative Order No. 96-37.

In case there is a need for additional conditions in this ECC after monitoring/inspection, the
same shall be imposed by DENR-EMB,Region X.
