cRICKET
RULES & REGULATIONS:1. Each team will consist of 10+3 players.
2. Match will be of n4 over-4 fresh bowlers.
3. Umpires decision will be final. In case of any doubt 3 umpires will come
together and take a decision.
4. Bowling Rules:
Bowlers can bowl moving within the box.
Side arm is not allowed.
Full toss above knee height will be called NO ball.
3 players can field behind 2-D line. If more than 3 players are allotted
then it will be called as no ball.
Full toss ball behind the stumps is called NO ball.
Out of 4overs, 2nd over will be Super Over in which runs in this
overs will be doubled.
5. NO Ball Rules:
Short ball will be considered as NO BALL.
Run out or stumping is out, ball is counted and 1 run will be added to
the score.
For box out-ball will be counted, wicket will be counted and 1 run
will be added to score.
6. Wide Ball:
Stumping is out, ball will not be counted and 1 run will be added.
7. In Case of a TIE:
First wicket will be considered.
If wickets are same, there will be a fresh toss(Toss WIN).
In case of league match: Super over.
8. During draws no one is allowed. Sports in charge will remove the draws and
display. There should not be any argument regarding this.

9. In case of any misbehaviour, team will be disqualified on the decision of

sports in charge, sports in charge(staff),discipline head, discipline
head(staff).
10. In case of objection against any decision by the umpire only the captains of
the respective teams are allowed to talk to the umpire.
11. The players of the batting team should be outside the field except the ones
playing on ground. The bowling team no one else is permitted to be near the
umpire except the captain.
12. 30 minutes prior to match, teams should be present near the ground.
13. Triangular in Semis:
Draws will take place, out of which one team will go to the final and
other two will plays the semis.
The time given will be 30 min for each match
14.Only the players registered will be allowed to play no other players will
be allowed.
15. Failure to follow the above rulers mentioned the team would be
disqualified

ENTRY FEE: RS.260/-

VOLLEY BALL
RULES & REGULATIONS:

Team members:- 6+6.

Service on the line OUT Normal points on line IN.
Minimum 3 players should serve in each set.
Players should toss the ball compulsory.
If x department is playing the match and if the referee belongs to the x
department then the referee would be made the secondary referee and other
department would be the primary referee.
6. League Matches would be of set 15 and the Semis and Finals would be of set
25.
7. No foul language allowed.
8. For service, line on the foot and the ball tossed 1st warning would be given.
9. For net touch and Line cut direct point is given and for palm touch and roll
first warning will be given.
10. Referees decision would be final.
11. Service should be done only after the whistle; else directly point will be
given.
12.The time given for each match would 1 hour including buffer time
13.Only the players registered will be allowed to play no other players will
be allowed.
14.Failure to follow the above rules mentioned the team would be

disqualified.

ENTRY FEE: RS.200/-

FOOTBALL
RULES & REGULATION:
1. There will be in total of 5 players playing in the field and 3 subs sitting
outside (10mins each half and in finals 15mins each half).
2. Rolling subs are allowed in between the game.
3. Rise in your own half is allowed.
4. Goal keeper cannot touch the ball with hands. In case of touching the ball,
there will be penalty. He can come out of the D and play out as a normal
player also.
5. There will be 1 refs standing in for a match.
6. In case of an outside, kick start rule is applicable. Player from an opponent
team should stand 3 yards away from the kick area.
7. If the goalie handles the ball outsides the area, that will be considered as a
foul and an indirect free kick will be awarded to the opponent team.
8. The card system will be according to the normal FIFA RULES(two
consecutive yellow cards will result into a red card and will result in match
suspension. And the player will also miss the next match. If a player is
booked with yellow card and if in another match is booked again will result
in suspension in next match.)
9. In case of a free kick, opponent team players should at least 3 yards from the
spot kick region.
10.In case of a draw, penalties will decide the outcome of the game (3
penalties) followed by sudden death. The penalty should enter the goal in
just 1 drop or directors.
11.In case of any discrimination with the ref, that team will be disqualified.
12.During penalties ,the first bounce of kick should be after half line of court is
mandatory

KHO-KHO RULES
RULES & REGULATIONS:

Track fall.
Early stand.
Face Turning.
If fall occurs, fall in the lobby [0] will be considered.
If runner goes outside the ground border wicket will be considered.
After touching the poles player announcing Kho is mandatory.
After first batch & second batch , next batch should be in ground before next
Kho.
9. Each game would be of 7min for both sides.
10. To recover the fall back Kho is essential.
11. In case of TIE First touch will be considered.
12.In case of any discrimination with the ref, that team will be disqualified.

ENTRY FEE: RS.180/-

BADMINTON
RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. A game starts with a coin toss. Whoever wins the toss gets to decide whether
they would serve or receive first OR what side of the court they want to be
on. The side losing the toss shall then exercise the remaining choice.
2. At no time during the game should the player touch the net, with his racquet
or his body.
3. The shuttlecock should not be carried on or come to rest on the racquet.
4. A player should not reach over the net to hit the shuttlecock.
5. During the serve, a player should not touch any of the lines of court, until the
server strikes the shuttlecock should always be hit from below the waist.
6. A point is added to a players score as end when he wins a rally.
7. Service must be across.
8. Double hit is counted as a fault.
9. Rotation is necessary after every point-win.
10. All rounds will consist of 1 set of 7 point.
11.Quarter finals will be of 1 set of 11 points, semi-finals will be of 2 set of 7
points & finals-2 set of 11 points.
12.Duos condition will be settled by Advantage Method (Advantage method
must be used only thrice one match after that duos will be settled by sudden
death.
13.Service should be done only after the whistle else direct point will be given.
14.Shuttlecock change decision is taken by the event head only if necessary.
15.In case of any discrimination with the ref, that team will be disqualified.

TABLE TENNIS
RULES & REGULATION:
1. The choice of playing position at the table and order of service are
determined by the toss of a coin.
2. The set of game depends on participants. Set is of 5 points
3. The players exchange ends after each set, and if play consists of more than
one set.
4. The ball is struck so that it touches the servers court first and then, passing
directly over or around the net, touches the receivers court. At the instant of
contact of the racquet on the ball in service, both handle and ball must be
behind the end line of the servers court.
5. The ball hitting the ceiling, is counted as a fault.
6. In case of any discrimination with the ref, that team will be disqualified.
7. Failure to follow the above rules mentioned the team would be

CHESS
RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. Once touched player should play the same piece.
2. You cannot take back once played.
3. Players should continue to play until he/she loses the match or theres no
portion for the king to move (stalemate).
4. Players found cheating will be directly disqualified.
5. If any doubt the coordinator should be called.
6. Coordinators decision will be final.
7. Failure to follow the above rules mentioned the team would be
disqualified

CARROM
RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. Game starts when Ref says.
2. Without Ref permission dont touch striker to play.
3. Discussion between the game with partner or other outsider person
considered as foul.
4. Play your game within your region.
5. Game is of 4 set.
6. Winners decide by points in 4 set.
7. If tie occurs then another last set will play. On that winner will be decided.
8. If any foul occurs then turn of that player is canceled.
9. Player must play his turn in 1min Otherwise it will be cancelled.
10.Only the players registered will be allowed to play no other players will
be allowed
11.Failure to follow the above rules mentioned the team would be
disqualified

KABADDI:

The team wins toss will be given option to choose court or raid
There will be two halfs of 15mins each
Any raider or defender touches lobby without touching any
players will be declared out
5. After two empty raids the third Raid will be DO OR DIE raid
i.e raid should compulsory take point otherwise raider will be
declared out
6. Each raid will be of 30secs if raider Fails to comeback within
the time raider will be declared out
7. Next raider should start the raid within 5 sec
8. The word KABADDI should be chant compulsory during raid
9. If any body part of defender crosses the end line defender will
be declared out
10.Bonus line is only valid when there are minimum 6 players on
court
11.Each team will be given time out of 60secs each during each
half
12.If all players are out 2 points called as LOAN will be added to
opponent team
13.Referee decision will be final no arguments will be entertain
after referee call
